I have an S23 Ultra phone that got a cracked screen and I mistakenly brought it into this guys shop thinking I was at someone else's shop. After getting screwed at Ifixphones in the Walmart at Fremont (they broke my phone and could not use) Tony took off a perfectly good screen from another phone and added it to mine. I'm using this phone now to share this message and I'm really happy to have my phone working again.

I've bought several used phones from Tony over the past few years. Also had some repaired. You'll get a decent price and if there is a problem, he'll take care of it. A slight language barrier - just be patient and clear about what you want.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Please avoid this place. The salesman is a scammer. My boyfriend wanted to get a new phone quick since his old one wasn't working. The salesman was kind of rude. However, that's not the end of it. I would have completely avoided this place if I had read the reviews first. So, PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. The salesman had said that the phone was unlocked. So me being too trusting, I gave him my SIM card to check out if it was true. Bad mistake. All of a sudden my SIM had stopped working. I freaked out. I even started crying. I knew he had swapped out my SIM card but he didn't ever admit it. I quickly then went to my carrier's store and told them about what had happened. My information is safe, fortunately. Please heed this warning. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Can't log in post. scammer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Blocked to avoid bad customer service. Do not bother. Will pull the "I'm an immigrant trying to feed my family" but will scam you. Poor service, crap products and "all sales final". Please support US citizens businesses. Please drive sub-par business out of the US that are run by "government supported" grants that rip of customers. Should of known. 11 reviews on Yelp, the largest portal of Online business reviews. half of which are 1 star. I'm the idiot. Just walk past and wave. Sales person Duyen acted as if i owed him a sale because he was foreign and the US was keeping him down. Very racist.

When the comma key on my expensive Pixelbook failed, I ordered an OEM replacement key cap and flimsy plastic butterfly hinge. Even though the seller had an installation video, I could see I'd probably destroy the hinge if I tried to install the keycap myself. It's one of those repairs that takes two minutes if you've done it a hundred times, but that newbies are nearly certain to screw up. I dreaded what a corporate-run repair shop would charge, so I looked around and found this bizarre place, that's a combination drinking water and electronics repair store. Tony has the perfect work setup featuring a giant magnifying glass so he could really see what he's doing. He charged me $20 and in five minutes I was out the door with a perfectly repaired keyboard. His hours aren't regular so call first so you can confirm he'll be there when you arrive. He's a nice honest guy who won't try to gouge you.

The dirtiest water filtration store along with cell phone & basic computer repair. I was shocked how anyone could run a business with layers of dirt everywhere and looks like garage sale exploded inside the store. There is zero change I would have anything repaired here or get filtered water here. I feel like I need to take a shower after touching any surface in the store.Owners: What the heck are you thinking letting this place look like pig pen like this? Why would you torpedo your own business with something basic as cleaning & organization? While I was there, a Vietnamese person walked in with old windows laptop with 8GB RAM and wanted to double the RAM. This shop was going to accommodate that but, that's really sad because older laptops do not suffer from RAM bottleneck typically and 8GB was plenty enough unless this low-information-person was using a bunch of drafting software (doubtful). What he needed was HDD swapped for SSD but this shop did not bring that up with the customer. This shop was going to let the foolish customer buy a bunch of obsolete RAM for an old laptop that suffers from spinning hard drive bottleneck. Not good and not honest in my opinion. This shop takes payment in cash in order to dodge taxes so more dishonesty there.Unless this person can start living right, my advice is to avoid this place entirely. From a terrible first impression with disarray & mess to dodging taxes to boot.

The screen on my pixel 3XL broke and I needed it repaired. I found this guy on Craigslist and he offered to fix the screen for me for $180 including the part. Other places (like uBreakiFix) quoted me $280. I'm trying to save up to buy a home (in the bay area of all places), so I'm trying to be good about sticking to my budget. Decided why the heck not and try this guy out. I picked up my phone in the store. Seemed to be working fine. I did see him use a Sharpie Marker to "color in" parts of the glue he used to put my phone back together. Was alarmed at first, but decided it was not a big deal. When I get home, the mic isn't working. Also, I realize that my speaker sounds muffled/distorted. To be fair with my review, I want to mention that the mic was working when we tried it out in the store. Regardless, I had ZERO issues with my mic before I trusted this guy with my phone.Returned a week later to his store, he argues that it's not his fault. Proceeds with long lecture about how electronics aren't made to last forever. To give him credit, he did offer to honor the 30 day warranty. He wanted to take my phone home overnight, fix it, and for me to leave my passcode with him. I decided it's not worth it. Our phones have way too much personal information on them now. It's just worth it to pay the extra money and get it fixed at a proper store. TLDR; He fixed the broken screen, but also broke the mic and speaker in the process. Put up a huge fight that it wasn't his fault when confronted in person. Will not trust again.
