I came in today at 7:30. There was a lady in the store who was helping another person and said that it will take me some time to finish and I don’t think I will be able to finish your work by 8:00.
I drove all the way from Morgan Hill and arrived 30 mins before the store closure. The person at the store asked us to come back next day. This is the not the customer service we expect.
You should be considerate about other people time. If someone arrived 30 mins before closure.
Also there was no one ahead of us just one person. This is the store person just being lazy and not helping customers.

The worst customer service ever!! My dad and I waited in a line of three for one hour!!! The manager wants to save money and he is the only employee at the store while having everyone write their name and number on a piece of paper and spending over 45 minutes with one customer!!! Stay away from this store!!! Stay away from Verizon. Their online customer service is equally as bad.

Came in today [Sunday 042/21/2024] after getting a text today to come pick up the Samsung S23FE 5G (256GB) that I had pre-ordered with an employee Alex on Thursday [04/18/2024], for a new customer prepaid plan. Everything was documented Thurs so I was surprised to come in today @ 07:30PM and have the employee on-shift tell me they didn't sell that phone for Prepaid, after trying to force me to do a credit check before finally acknowledging that a credit check wasn't necessary for a prepaid plan. He then offered no further help and the situation immediately became tense and uncomfortable. Might not be choosing Verizon Prepaid after all.
