My first bill was higher than what I was quoted, but the team at this store really stepped up. They went above and beyond to credit my account for the trouble and fixed the issue quickly. It took a couple of trips to the store, but they made it right in the end!

David, Assistant Manager provided an excellent customer service. Even though my case was an exception that could not be solved at store, he did everything in his capacity to help me.

The only reason I gave this a one star is due to Google Maps not recognizing this store has vacated the premises. I drove all the way there and it's an empty building.

I have to say this store is so unprofessional and very rude to customers.. I came in trying to upgrade my iPhone and I was greeted rudely and when was trying to get the iPhone I wanted with the storage I was talk to like I was no worth there time and talk down too and told to go the Apple Store across the street if I can afford it and got waved off with a hand motion to get out.. I’ve been a Verizon customer for many years and with the interaction I was so disappointed and disrespected by the attitude and interaction with me being there anyone goes to this store don’t go find another store to go to these staff members act like there are better then the customer or we are not worth to be helped.. horrible store

DO NOT GO THERE, A BUNCH OF THRIVES AND LIARS
Do not go to the store, a bunch of thieves and liars that will steal your money for nothing!
I went to the store with my husband on Thursday to upgrade our service and our phones and trade in our old phones, the salesperson, Mario, said that we only owed the payment of $332.50 and when the time came for us to make the payment their faulty device deducted $3,132.48 from our bank account. And when we asked what’s the issue they said that this is a faulty issue on their device that never happens. The store manager, Dylan Campos, then came and said that he escalated this to his manager, and he is going to report this as a very high priority and that it should be resolved the next business day, which was Friday. During the next business day, he disappeared and his team from the payment hub never actually called or emailed us or resolve the issue. I gave him multiple calls and sent him multiple messages and then when he responded, he said that they’re still working on it and that they had some issues with my banking information although they had issues they didn’t even contact me and they are a bunch of liars and thieves. I asked him to send me an email saying what we talked about that he will be escalating it even further with his payment top team and with his manager, he never sent me the email and today is Saturday and I still have not gotten anything back from him. I tried to text him multiple times and he has not responded to any of my text messages.
If you don’t want your money to get stolen from your bank account for Verizon‘s incompetent staff managers, and system, do not go to the store at all.

Love this location. Quick service and employees are very easy to work with. I go out of my way to come here vs other stores. Ethan helped me during my last visit and did not disappoint.

Very bad customer service. They don’t know how to handle customers. We ordered black iPhone and got blue iPhone and when we went to change it they were trying to charge us $50 for exchanging it.

Total scam! Worst experience ever. I would advise ppl to stay away from Verizon or this store specifically. They pretend to give promotions to sell plans and later charge it on the bill. I spent several hours calling to fix and still in the mess of it.
