This was my first time at this location. I won’t be going back. The employees there are not welcoming or friendly. They never once asked if I needed help with anything. Like the previous review said, they are discriminatory.

First time in this location - super clean, friendly employees, and superb quality clothing!I loved the clothing selection they had and tried on a few items - came out with staple pieces and looking forward to getting a few more online. The manager was super personable and helpful - can’t wait to come back!

I like the brand and their clothing a lot but this store is way too small and cold and the employees seem to enjoy racially profiling people. Looks like I'm not the only one here that's left a similar review. Why is it that me and my friend were asked every 2 minutes if we were "still doing ok" and being stared at from across the room by the other employees from the moment we walked in? And one girl was practically following us by staying 3ft behind us at all times pretending to organize whatever was next to her even though there's nothing to organize when all you have next to you are clothes hanging on a rack. Practically treating the rack like an abacus just shifting the hangers back and forth so much. Nobody else in the store was receiving this treatment. We got so uncomfortable we had to leave. Like I said, I do like the brand but I'll stick to shopping on the Vuori website for now.

I like their clothes but this store somehow is too small. I feel very crowded there even where there are only 3-4 people during a Wednesday afternoon. Overall, I would prefer order online.

The Vuori store at Santana Row has consistently disappointed with its customer service. The employees seem to lack basic courtesy and friendliness, leading me to believe there might be an issue with discriminatory behavior. My experiences on three separate occasions also align with friends who have also reported a similar negative vibe from this location. This store is in desperate need of a revamp.

My cousin and I made a special pit stop to the Santana Row Vuori after I was raving about the Miles joggers. She was in the market for a pair and I was excited to share a brand that I have been loyal to and would highly recommend. Unfortunately, the employees treated us as if they were suspicious of us trying to steal. They weren’t very friendly, they watched us like hawks and it felt very unwelcoming. I was incredibly turned off by it. Even after I provided my account information which included my phone number and email and we were done shopping and had purchased items, my cousin wanted to show me one more top that caught her eye before we headed out and one of the employees walked over to her coworker and exchanged words while they watched us. I will stick to shopping online from now on.

Visiting Vuori's Santana Row location was my first time ever getting to checkout the brand. The clothing was very functional and comfortable but what I was really taken aback by was the customer service. The manager Laura was dealing with many things at once as it's a very busy location, but she was able to help me try on some items, check inventory, make my purchase, and get in and out quickly which I very much appreciated. Her store clerk was also very kind and helpful, and it made me feel great about my purchase that day. Thank you Laura and Vuori!

This review is mainly for Jeff. Been shopping at Vuori for years and this is my fav location. Super loving the quality, consistency, and softness of the Vuori Clothing brand. The customer service and energy from Jeff is outstanding. He is knowledgeable, patient, upsells perfectly, a great problem solver and works diligently to ensure I always leave happier than when I came in. Jeff knows my preferences of style and is mindful of new colors that release so I am able to get the same style in the new colors when color drops happen. Jeff also understands how I like the fit of certain styles and makes mindful recommendations.I always leave this store with an item in hand or the info provided for the item I want if for some reason the style and size are not available in store that day. Everyone that works here is so nice and I consider myself lucky to have such a wonderful crew! Shoutout to Kevin, Chelsea, and a bunch of the OG's, I remember your faces and you know it!

Don't get me wrong, clothing is exceptional. I purchased some items from this brand before and absolutely loved them, but this store lacks customer service skills. Sure they say welcome in, but do they mean it? I didn't feel like it. Also felt like one of the young men was following me around when I was just peacefully looking through the clothes. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. I had the intention of purchasing some clothing from them, but I'm not giving my money to a store that caters to certain customers over others. Work on your customer service!

Please give some tips to your store associates to engage with customer.I walked into Vuori today with my dog looking for a couple items. I walked past a group of employees who were just chatting amongst themselves. The store was not busy and they all saw me walk in.While waiting for them to notice I needed some help, they all split off and start to "look" busy. One of them walked past me, said "cute pup" while looking at my dog, then continues walking to re-arrange clothing on a table that was not messy.I finally get some help and the guy in the group who looks like he doesn't want to be there. However, when I'm trying on the one item I found in the fitting room, I hear this same employee, that reluctantly helped me, talking to another female employee (from the earlier group of three) about his supplements/nutrition company he starting and how he would like her feedback because she's a nutrition major. Completely different tone like he was very excited about. Just pointing this out because it this change in attitude was noticed.I left the store and decided to purchase online. I'll only be making returns here from now on.

Store was closed at 630 pm on February 21st 2023 "because of the power outage" according to a note. Businesses on all sides stayed open through the extremely brief outage. No update on Google maps to indicate closure. Customer service phone line not willing to help with my concerns. I was told I would get a call back. I asked when to expect the call, they said "I don't know, it'll be a while, probably a few hours." I used to like the clothes but so far, none of these people have the will/ability to resolve the type of issues that are bound to happen occasionally. That's OK, there are plenty of other retailers in the area with great products that are open and have great service
