I would like to highlight unprofessional conduct of Walgreen employee Antonio who was working at this location on 09/27/2025 at 12pm. I was there to collect my daugheter's passport photograph which had been taken 50 minutes ago and I was assured that I will have the photograph ready for collection in 30 minutes. I was at the location at 11:57 am and waited till 12:02pm for my turn, since Antonio was supporting other customers. It turned out they had not got the photograph ready, on top of that Antonio asked for another 10 minutes to get it ready, I asked him if he can expedite it and have it ready in 5 minutes(my kids were waiting in the car outside the store with their Mom). He was rude and told that now it will take 30 minutes to get ready and if it needs to be expedited then he can forward it to another store. My sense was that he understood the urgency of the request, but instead of accomodating and supportive, he used 30 minutes to make me feel more desperate and essentially to make sure I walk away from the store. I went back later to launch a formal complaint against him, but it turns out he was the manager on floor. The sad thing is this store is my neighborhood and I frequently go to this store. From now on neither me or any of my family be it sun or rain are going to visit this store.

This Walgreens pharmacy is horrible. I’ve been picking up medication from this same location for 3 years, my son is epileptic & he RELIES on his medication to keep him safe & numerous times this pharmacy turns me away when I come in for pick up telling me to “call my insurance”, “take it up with my insurance” because they cannot find his name in there system. Mind you, Each and every time I call my insurance there are NO issues on their end, it’s always the pharmacy who are MISSPELLING my sons name. At some point I became so frustrated with this happening month after month. This being the 5th month they’ve done this, I told the lady that they really need to be more accountable with accurately looking up names in the system before they send people away, the pharmacist lady responded with “No you really need to listen when you’re giving your information” blaming me when she did not verify that she was completely missing my sons last name instead she was entering in a completely different last name & had the nerve to blame me for her not knowing how to do her job. How hard is it to double check spelling before you turn someone away when they need their medication. She was a Terrible woman who clearly hates her job but she’s not the only one who’s done this.

The pharmacist name VICTOR is so rude i would never come back to this walgreens pharmacy!!! Now i know why i go to mountain view walgreens , pharmacist and workers are more professional.

This is the most incapacitated pharmacy service I went to pick up a medicine for my daughter and supposedly has the system down and are able to pick up at 2:00 pm but they closed at 1:30 ? lol . And normally has a excuse every time I go to pick up any medicine ? they need more training and actitud

The lines are always long in the middle of the day and they never open a 2nd register when the lines get long. ideally they would have enough staff scheduled on a Saturday afternoon to cover 2 registers if it gets busy. The makeup section is pretty much empty. Everything is out of stock

I don’t know about other Walgreens but this and the E Capital Expressway Walgreens should take off their photo service . I’ve been here multiple times to take my passport size photo , all i get is nothing but disappointment. There is always some issues either with system or camera. So frustrating.
