I switched to this pharmacy from CVS around 3 years ago. And initially, I was incredibly satisfied. However, for the past year, I have recognized a sharp decline in responsiveness, timeliness, and quality of pharmacy services at this location. It is obvious that this is not due to the staff's lack of effort, but mainly a staffing and management issue. I really appreciate the old-timer staff that know me well by now, they make me smile everytime I see them. But waiting for an average of 45 mins for my calls to be responded, or being met by under-trained staff that don't know how to problem solve and are not getting support to do so, is below acceptable standards. And so, eventhough I live close by and this location works really well for me, I'm considering transferring to another one.

Staff is incredibly rude. Went to drop off FedEx packages and was told “we’re not doing that right now you need to leave”. I’ve been a local for the last 3 years and it’s a shame to see this. Will not be going back for any of my needs. I’m not sure if staff is overworked or if there are other issues at play, but don’t take it out on customers.

The assistant manager 'Sarita” is the rudest person I have ever met. I went shopping on Sunday 10/27 and had a problem with one of my receipts when I paid, I asked for a manager and she came to try to help, she was extremely rude and treated me very badly, it is unbelievable that they have this type of person in a customer service position. I felt humiliated and discriminated by the way she talked to me and yelled at me, totally unacceptable.

After long in-store waiting times, I just use the outside window pharmacy service. Longest wait was 10 minutes. I love it.
I refuse to shop inside because of no shopping carts, or rolling carts. And something is always not working.
I shop my supplies at other Walgreens stores.

Pharmacy really disappointed with this location! When someone puts you on hold they need to tell you, so you don't think they hung up on you! Employees lack training, consistency, and unfortunately common sense! I faxed over complete information of my prescription, then instead of calling me to discuss that particular one, the mention another totally different one not needing to be filled! Unorganized....totally! Short staffed, the whole gamut! I suggest a complete re-organization of the store! Rough Cut!

Horrible. They never pickip the phone, automated system doesn’t have any information on prescription. Horrible horrendous. Don’t know why they closed meridian avenue location. that had excellent pharmacy service.

I love this Walgreens located at 1399 W. San Carlos St. and I recommend everybody to at least go there once customer service is wonderful it's like family I love it when I go there I don't even care about the prices I just go there because I feel welcomed, feel important, I feel special and the profession you see between customer service is great as I named before there are other customer service Karen, who is working on daytime? I love it. She is wonderful as the others are. It's just great it's just wonderful and I love it being there being part of their family and I support them 100%. They are one of the few businesses that I ever been, and seen with professional skill of customer service and I hope everybody have the same comment as I do about this business

Received 2 phone calls. 2 text messages. And an email that my prescriptions was ready to pick up. I arrive and it's not ready. Really?

Crazy got here at 4 for the pharmacy they said should be ready within an hour now they said they will text me and should be ready after 7:30 . Wasted time waiting for them to get what ready? Not my order forsure changing pharmacies after today
