Worst Walgreens in San Jose/Santa Clara. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and the door was locked. All I needed was bandages and they refused to open the door even though other customers were in the store. I will be reaching out to Walgreens corporate.

Every worker is so rude when we ask something they take long time to do a single task everyone is looking at their face thats so annoying for everyone very bad customer service even long line in the pickup area if you are not able to do your job just sit at home not any worker is allowed to be rude with customers

Place sucks I asked to use restroom and was told by Julie that manager said no public restroom. Also by another employee who refuses to give me his name told me no customer restroom and same from Travis the manager. That's crazy cuz I saw this one was clearly marked for customers so I guess I was judge on the way I looked.

Pharmacy is open till 9:00pm. The workers are friendly and very helpful. I'm always able to find what I need.

Rude pharmacist (Phuong) I requested a refill for medications and received an alert that it can't be filled according to the Walgreens website it says need insurance information for my 2 Rx’s. When I called the pharmacist and spoke with Phuong (a Vietnamese man) I asked why you can refill my other Rxs with no problem. Then he said it's not insurance okay there's no refill I need to send a request to your doctor. I told him, according to the website the issue is about my insurance. Hoping next time you guys put the right problem so I can contact the MD ASAP. Phuong said everybody makes mistakes okay. He’s very rude and scary to talk with.
