Walgreens does not care about its customers. They get you to sign up for the rewards program and if you don't get what is promised they don't care just tell you to call corporate.

They use door dash for deliveries. When something goes wrong, door dash blames Walgreens, and Walgreens blames door dash, and the customer is stuck in the middle.
Avoid delivery!!

Couldn't use the buy 1 get 1 50% off in store for wart patches. So I Bought online and returned the one that I bought in store. Somehow, that's acceptable.
You also need an ID to return items even though when I purchased, no ID was required??? Wasted a good 10 minutes of my life

Seriously, eff this pharmacy. I followed employees here from a different store that closed because they always gave the best service. Since moving to this store I have had to fight them for days to fill my daughter's medication, had to accept partial refills then make multiple calls and trips to get the other half, and today I called ahead to try avoid delay and they just continually picked up the call and placed it on hold for 36 minutes until the system hung up on me. After driving here to do everything in person, there are six people back there, a line of customers waiting, more sitting waiting, and they admit to not answering the phone because they are busy. This is a corporate problem, closing a nearby store and consolidating to this one, which is obviously over capacity, and not keeping it properly stocked. It is also a management problem, because who in their right mind would make the decision to do business without answering phones? At all. I watched while I waited today, and nobody answered a phone in the entire 40 minutes. Then I noticed the same disgusting greasy hand prints on the glass from my visit two weeks ago. And since most of what I would also pick up on a trip to a brick and mortar drug store is locked behind glass, I will now be transferring my prescriptions to an online pharmacy and buying my supplements and OTC meds entirely online. Amazon charges way less for the same thing, anyway.

In order to get $2 off on a product that I wanted, I had to get it through a digital coupon. In order to do that I was supposed to download an app. There's no cell service, so my phone was just continually trying to load. Even if I had the app it probably wouldn't have been able to load anyway because there's no service! They don't give you an alternative so you end up paying full price. This place sucks

I live on the east side and work in Willow Glen, in fact one block from this Walgreens. I came by to make a return while on my lunch and the white kid with the long BLONDE hair (Jacob)and glasses was instantly hostile to me. His first comment was “this wasn’t purchased here.” I said “yes I work nearby which is why I wanted to return it on my lunch.” He refused to look at me and processed the return then asked for my ID EVEN THOUGH I HAD MY RECEIPT. I asked why? It was only $20 of items to return. He said its his right. I handed my ID. I AGAIN asked what difference it made returning it here vs the store near my house and he claimed he has a budget to make and he doesn’t HAVE to return it. I told him his comments were inappropriate. He asked how. I explained it to him three times stating it felt like I was being profile because I’m brown. He scoffed saying that what I said was inappropriate & that he was refusing my return. I’ve never been so disgusted. It’s 2024, I didn’t think we still racially profiled people.

Worst customer service ever. I dropped off my film to be developed on Feb. 6th, sign said it would be ready the following Thursday after 5pm I gave them a few extra days and went in the following weekend. They told me it takes 10 business days and would be ready on Feb 22nd, which is not what the advertisement says, but whatever. I went back on Feb 25th and the same girl said my photos were still not ready, and didn't know when they would be. She told me I could call the 1-800 #, and when I asked her for the number she told me I could look online.

Older woman with super black hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. I came in at 9:40pm on 2/24/24 to pick up a package I and while I was at it get some snacks. I had no idea there was a cut off time for packages and I was willing to come back tomorrow since there's a 5 day holding rule. However she insisted she'd help me after she complained about it first. We walk over and she get annoyed and gives me attitude when she can't find my package. It was a CHEWY package so it's not hard to find. She then told me to COME BEHIND THE COUNTER AND LOOK FOR THE PACKAGE MYSELF WHICH I DID RIGHT AWAY. I had the confirmation on my phone FedEx didn't send me the QR code this time but that hasn't been an issue in the past the employees would skip it once they confirmed my info. She then complained about how the package has been there too long and they were sending my it back...it's been 3 days...LIKE WTF...and I mentioned it wasn't. She proceeded to tell me she wouldn't give me my package and she would send it back. WALGREENS TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES

WORST PHARMACY EVER. Literally waste my time every time I'm there. They will tell me to come pick up my prescription . Then told me to wait 15 min for them to fill it. I wait, and then they tell me they are out of it. This has happened multiple times. Do not come here for their pharmacy.

Ordinarily, I would give this place very good stars but I hope the manager will see this review and note the date - - December 22, at approximately 10:57 a.m. The person on the phone was extremely rude and wasn't even willing to handle a very simple question. This is unacceptable. Customer service for a top-tier store.
