This is actually a really nice Walgreens. Very clean, well stocked, and friendly attentive customer service. Only 4 stars instead of 5 because the company itself, along with other major pharmacies, are still recovering from mismanagement and understaffed. Impressed with the management at this location.

I had a prescription sent here on Wednesday the 9th of this months today it is Friday the 11th and still not ready. They told me direction were wrong and needed to be fixed by ER doctor. They also mentioned they couldn’t get a hold of the doctor. I just call regional medical emergency room and with in 2 minutes got prescription fixed, something they said they couldn’t because they couldn’t get ahold of doctor. This place is a sorry excuse of a pharmacy.

Discrimination at the Pharmacy!!! I had to choose one star to be able to post my review. Went there 2 days ago to pick up my medication refill and the Pharmacy Assistant Priscilla Hernandez assisted a lady that cut the line and ignoring my and another customer in line's complaint (2 Asian ladies!) to ask the person to get in line, with the reason "the lady is Spanish and I want to help her because I can!" The person that violated my turn started calling me stupid several times and the assistant Priscilla Hernandez was laughing with her to this insult. When people asked for the manager (name: Sandre) he showed up twice without any action and told me that as a manager he has the power to ignore any complaint! The assistant Priscilla Hernandez walked away on me telling me that she doesn't want to help me, so the pharmacy physician had to help me! This ethnic discrimination has been reported to the board of pharmacy!

Great customer service the employees are great and very nice everything in the store was easy too find and very well stocked and organized there was this one young girl who works there who was very nice and always smiled

This store is the worse store. Medicine never ready they always says come back. And then when am back they is not ready yet give 20 minutes. And then they told me the medicine is not available in the store they sent me to another store. Don't waste your time here.

Pharmacy at this walgreens is a total JOKE!! I was told my medicine was going to be ready in 25 minutes went back and told me, wait another 30 minutes ?

I'm never coming back wasting my time waiting for an employee that never shows up to unlock something for me. Go to Target, it's so much easier and convenient. No locked cosmetics, self checkout, in and out in 5 minutes.

ATROCIOUS!! You will wait on the phone forever then it'll ring someone will pick up and then just put you back on hold WITHOUT TELLING YOU ANYTHING. You'll wait forever for your Rx and the pick up to have them tell you they don't have it so then you call you get the above plus getting hung up plus pharmacist tells you 1st it was never there then you have no ins then THAT ITS STUCK SOMEWHERE WAIT FOR US A WEEK AND WE'LL CALL YOU BACK. WTF?! I hung up then promptly saw on the app the Rx was cancelled!!! EVER LAST PERSON I SPOKE WITH WAS EITHER RUDE AND/OR LIED TO ME ABOUT MY Rx IN ORDER TO COVER THEI A**! The lady that called me as I'm writing this was so utterly condescending and acted as if she was BOTHERED TO HELP ME! She was acting like she was doing ME a FAVOR by giving me the option of them calling my dr for the Rx and THEY will send it over but it's the middle of the day on a Friday so what are odds I WONT get it today she was like welp that's on your dr not us. So I told her there was no way in hell I would ever have them handle a Rx for again she wasn't sorry she didn't give af whole time acted like I was bothering HER and she was doing ME a flavor. And when I told her she hung up on me. Real nice Walgreens quality employees for sure

Agree with other comments.We have appointments for 12:15 and have to wait for more than 20 mins to get the vaccine. If the appointment can’t avoid the wait, what’s the point of making appointments?

This Walgreens pharmacy is absolutely garbage. If I could give 0 starts, I would. DONT MAKE A VACCINE APPOINTMENT HERE. They will charge your insurance and then make you sit and wait for an hr. What's the point of making an appointment if you won't get seen for an entire hour?! They don't tell you about the wait beforehand, so you're forced to sit there and wait because your insurance has been charged and you can't go anywhere else. Giving a vaccine takes 60 seconds. The person who gave me my shot after 55 minutes waiting was nice, but the wait is ridiculous. Go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else!
