One star for pharmacy experience. I don't have a problem with the workers, although I'm sure some probably do. There are two technicians and one pharmacist working. I know the technicians are trying their best but they are way too understaffed. I've never seen a pharmacy struggling so much and so many angry/exasperated customers. It's a shame. I have been waiting to receive my vaccine for over an hour since I have arrived and I booked my appointment online. It's really frustrating. Some Karen is yelling at these poor workers who are just trying their best. Walgreens needs to do better. I'm glad I pick my prescriptions up from CVS because it's fast with 6+ workers just at the pharmacy.

I'd like to give a zero star rating but there isn't that option. I've been using this pharmacy for years, and have been terribly disappointed in the customer service but because of convenience of location, I keep going back. Today was the last time. As always, when I try to call them I have to wait on hold for a long time, connecting and disconnecting, being put on hold many times. Today I waiting 20 minutes, and then I got disconnected from the call before I could even speak with someone. This is the worst service of any pharmacy I have ever dealt with.

The absolute worst pharmacy in this world. The staff clearly hate their jobs and should not be working in a patient care setting. I’m a nurse and I’ve never been so appalled by the behavior and/or lack of concern these individuals have for their patients. They don’t answer their phone EVER. I finally went to the pharmacy in person after being looped around on the phone for nearly 2 hours. When I got there they were completely rude and acted as if I was a complete inconvenience to them.I worry about individuals who aren’t mobile or can’t drive and have diabetes. How would these folks get their insulin without being able to physically drive there?At the end of the day this pharmacy needs to be shut down. It’s too much of a risk for patients to put their trust in them to fill their prescriptions.

Don’t take vaccine here. I called Thursday to check whether I can hepatitis b here. They said it will be ready Saturday. Then I scheduled an appointment, come in Saturday, wait for 1 hour for their process. Then they told me they still don’t have it. What’s wrong with this pharmacy!

This is a solid Walgreen's in terms of their offerings. Minus one star for the pharmacy experience. The hours, particularly on the weekend, are less convenient now. And on a related note, the pharmacy is clearly understaffed. I really like the pharmacy employees, and my critique of the pharmacy is not a critique on them. I wish Walgreen's corporate would hire more pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to serve customers better.

Not many things I can think of that I hate doing more than coming here to fill a prescription. This store is outdated and always feels dirty. There are always lines at the register and at the pharmacy. Everything about coming here makes you never want to come back. Switch to CVS, less lines and a much cleaner store.

Extremely slow service at the pharmacy, for both prescriptions and immunizations. Had wait 45 minutes for my flu shot, despite being at the counter on time for my 12:30 appointment. We've switched over to the local CVS.

Fully stocked Walgreens. Came in looking for canker sore medicine and they had so many options. It was clean and no one really in there mid day. The parking lot was easy and safe. Would go back again if I need anything.

Outrageously unprofessional, slow, rude people in this pharmacy. Genuinely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. People with no interest in helping, who endanger people’s health by delaying medication and refusing to take any responsibility for their absurd inefficiency. After a SURGERY they delayed my wife’s medication by nearly 24 hours for no reason other than seemingly their disinterest in their customers’ well-being. Someday someone will experience a serious health problem because of these people and I hope they are held accountable. We have lost faith in the entire Walgreens brand because of them.

Was in need of some photographs to be printed and as well get a few passport size photos clicked for myself. Drove down to this Walgreens location and was impressed to say the least.Ample parking spots to park and get in the store. Once inside it took a couple of minutes for me to get my pictures clicked with a couple of folks ahead of me in the line ( who were as well getting passport photos clicked). I informed them about the online request that I had submitted for the other set of pictures that I needed to be printed as well and was told to come back a bit later in the day to collect all do they together.Got back in there a bit later in the day and it was a smooth checkout process to gather my passport size and other pictures that were submitted online to be printed.Quick and easy is how I would like to describe the process and experience in a nutshell.
