*UPDATE again* It’s 8:00pm and I am still waiting for my prescription to be ready. I called and now they are saying it will be ready by 9:00 pm. Let’s see if it actually is ready by then.
*UPDATE * it is now 6:00pm and medication is still not ready. So much for 5:00 pm the latest. 🙄
I been coming here for a little over 7 years only because of it being 24 hours and has a drive thru. However, the pharmacy sucks and lags. I had a prescription sent in at 11:00am this morning and it is now 3:30 and said the latest it would be ready is by 5:00pm. The pharmacist tried to tell me that they just received the prescription and I told her that is a lie, I went at 12:30 and they said it would be ready in 30-40 minutes. She then said it goes through like 4 different people before getting to them. I asked if there was any way to get it sooner as I am not able to talk and I am in pain(strep) she then said that there were 500 other prescriptions that needed to be filled first. I will be going to CVS across the way from now on.

I went here to pick up medication at night and brought some water and drinks. The people working the cashier was very nice and even offer to help carry the water to the car if I needed but I didn’t accept the help. They deserve a good review for this. It was two male cashier working late 11pm ish shift.

This pharmacy has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I had a transfer prescription from Rite Aid to this pharmacy, and when I called them twice, they told me to give up 24 to 72 hours. After three days, I noticed they hadn’t done anything. I was on hold for over 45 minutes when someone finally answered and told me to please wait. After another 30 minutes, I was transferred to someone else, but no one picked up the phone. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy at all. It seems like they don’t care about people’s health.

WORST pharmacy ever. DO NOT set foot in this pharmacy. The most disgusting staff and quality of service ever. Despite having an appointment I was made to wait 1 AND A HALF hours for a simple tetanus. I left in tears. Do not go there if you don’t want to ruin your day.

The wait is ridiculous, I ended up buying the medication because I waited an hour and they wanted me to wait another hour. I do not recommend this pharmacy, I have never had such a disappointing experience. If I could hear I would give zero.

No wonder the low ratings. Two people in front of us. Took 15 mins to get checked out. I asked the other gentleman if he could check us out. He's says "she'll help you" walks away.. wondering the store doing nothing.

I had a prescription sent to them at 5:20 for paxlovid, which is time sensitive. It took them until 4:30 the next day to determine they didn't have the dosage I needed. I had to transfer the prescription to another Walgreens and not get it until morning. That night, I had such bad symptoms so badly that I thought I might have to go to emergency room. I finally got the paxlovid at the other pharmacy. My husband picked them up. Then, I started getting texts and calls to pick up refills. I told them I had covid. I'm pretty sure any other pharmacy would give me some grace, but not this pharmacy. They suggested delivery, but I couldn't get their app to work to see if delivery is available. So I just went through the drive up, and I had time to write this review while waiting.

The customer service representative was very lazy. Steve just gave me a hard. So discerning too. A very unhappy employee:(
