Excellent Service! Always prompt, professional and kind. This has been the pharmacy I have used for several years and I have never had a bad experience. Pharmacist and front staff are very thorough, provide explanations and answer all questions patiently.

Cheating people or I can say cheating pharmacy. They were giving less amount of tablets than what is prescribed by my doctor . Because they want me to keep coming g back and pay 10$ out of pocket every time . The same prescription I transferred to CVS and got 600 count at once for same out of pocket 10$ charge. I was getting 30 count each time at Walmart pharmacy and they charged 10$ 3 times.

From the first day this Walmart pharmacy opened they have been consistently customer oriented. They try to resolve any issues or problems that might arise filling a prescription. It is Never a problem to search for the best price of a med. The technicians handle each customer with care. I have never experienced any annoyance with a customer. The technician that stands out most is Gavin who treats everyone with care and respect, even when it's a busy time. Thank you Walmart Pharmacy staff

Usually pretty good. Except today. Requested a transfer of specific medication to Safeway Pharmacy, clearly indicating RX number and prescribing doc. (Prescription expires next month.) Instead of giving Safeway the exact prescription, Walmart gave them one that expires next year. (Different doc, different RX number, same medicine at same dosage). Logically speaking, wouldn't you give the prescription that's about to expire and has been specifically requested NOT the newer one that expires next year? Doesn't it make sense that the patient would want to fill that RX first, especially if they have specifically indicated the RX number? When I called to ask that they please transfer the requested prescription to Safeway, first the pharmacist said they don't have it. When I said I'm literally looking at your records on the app and you DO have it - "oh yeah we do, Safeway will have to call us to request it" really?! Like they did earlier today when you gave them the wrong one? I asked if they call please take the newer prescription back from Safeway, since it was never intended to go there in the first place. "No, if you fill it with them, it stays with them". I said, "ok I'll call you guys next month so YOU can call Safeway to get it from them at that time if you don't want to do it in the same convo that you will be having today." Not one "sorry for sending wrong prescription" not a "sorry for just telling you we don't have the old prescription you're referring to" when it's clearly here. Safeway went ahead and requested the right prescription from Walmart again AND faxed the wrong one they transferred to them back to them. Let's see if Walmart will find a way to screw this up. Generally Walmart has better prices on meds through goodRX app than Safeway. But the unwillingness to apologize for or accommodate and correct errors is making me seriously consider paying more and just switching all of my meds to Safeway. Isn't it easier to just do what the customer asks and apologize for inconveniencing them with an error than to create more work for yourself and the customer (as well as your counterparts at Safeway)?
