The workers here have a terrible attitude and anyone you ask for help is super rude. Nobody answer the buttons for the locked cabinets so you just end up standing around trying to get the attention of their workers passing by who will ignore you. Terrible shopping experience. Don't waste your money here

Walmart focuses on prices only. Those that shop at Walmart may not have other good alternatives. The Walmart core principles are not focused on hiring competent and friendly customer service agents. They focus on low cost labor and that is reflected in customer experiences. Dirty aisles and bathrooms. Inappropriate staffing at checkouts and a lack of training to answer basic store and product questions.

I love shopping at Walmart. In store or on line the prices are always better.I just wish Walmart had points like Safeway does on the app to get free things.

For some reason their French breads taste really good. You can tell it’s more of a processed type of bread but it’s still a good yummy deal for $1 a giant loaf. I don’t like how there’s stuff locked up behind cases though cause you gotta wait awhile for some poor lone staff to run around to all the customers before finally getting to you. San Jose people, stop stealing!
Also I tried their marketplace pizza near the small deli counter. Hmmm…. For $10, it’s okay but doesn’t seem to have much pizza taste. 6.5/10 rating. I added jalapeño for flavor. I grabbed one of those premade salad bag and also made chicken Alfredo pasta. Meal came out to be only about $5-6 for 4 big servings. Pretty good imo

Worst experience. The checkout counters were not sufficiently open. The parking lot is too dark. All the staff are unfriendly.

Long checkout queue, waited 20+ min for staff to open the medical area. Turns out no one was having a key for it.

There was an uncle who was a clerk who had a very rude attitude.
I was still selecting goods, and he booed me away.
Just to order goods
I stood far away and waited for him to finish ordering, but he still wanted to push my trolley away.

The worst customer service. The manager of this store needs to take courses to learn how to treat people. Sam Walto said “ There is only one boss: the customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else”
