I've been coming here for 3 months working out with Brandon and absolutely love it.Joining or going into a new gym can feel a bit anxious but at Zay's gym, the trainers and everyone is so welcoming and creates this very motivating atmosphere.I signed up to build strength to go snowboarding with the family, but in the process, my confidence has grown, I'm hell of a lot stronger, my blood pressure is down, my resting heart rate is lower. My stamina and endurance is up. Losing weight and a few inches is just another perk.During each session I can forget about everything else in my life and focus on myself. Brandon knows when to push me further and when I'm at my max and give encouragement.Step out of your comfort zone, get pushed to your limits and you'll love the results - mentally and physically.

I just started going to this gym about 1.5 months ago and instantly became a fan. The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring, and the workouts are led by top notch personal trainers who give instant feedback, make adjustments to your form during the workout, and give just the right amount of encouragement. I have already noticed results. I would definitely recommend this gym to everyone.

Fidel has been a huge inspiration in my fitness journey and always motivates me to try my hardest even when I feel like giving up. These classes aren't just physical training, they're also preparing you to be mentally strong. I've learned so much in just a short amount of time. This isn't your average gym this is a community that pushes you to succeed, that wants you to be great. I first started just wanting to learn proper form and new workouts but it was the atmosphere, the energy, the community that kept wanting me to go back. Fidel is a professional in every way, friendly, positive, and overall great trainer. He makes you step out of your comfort zone by trying new things and breaking old habits. He listens to all my concerns and is always helping me be stronger.

I’ve been going to WarFitness for 2+ months now, and I love it! They greet me every time I come in with my name since the first day I stepped in the gym. They’re generous and super helpful. They’ve also helped me hold myself accountable, and celebrate my wins with me in and even sometimes outside of the gym! They talk about having a family environment, and they really mean it. I’ve seen kids and disabled people come in, and be treated awesomely. Definitely a fit if you like a more personalized and inviting experience when you gym!

I been coming to this gym for about 3 months now going on 4. I can honestly say it’s the best decision I made. They welcome me with open arms. They actually care about your goals and help you step by step. I learned so much from all the trainers. Every single one of them are amazing. Trust if you are looking for motivation or where to start. Just walk in you won’t regret it.

I have been going to War Fitness since Sep 2021, best decision i have ever made. I was dealing with obesity, depression from Family court, and separation anxiety from my 2 yr old Daughter, along with dealing with my never-ending lifelong disease of Hashimotos Thyroiditis.Since i have joined and privately train with Brandon and the rest of the staff along with group classes, as of June 2022 i have dropped 50lbs, Gained so much strength, lost so many inches and down from a size 3X to a size 14.I was at rock bottom mentally and emotionally and decided that i needed to try something to channel my anger hurt and frustration towards. Mainly i have only been training 3Xs a week for 30 mins. Some weeks i would come 4 Xs a week or stay longer for upto 1 hr.War Fitness is family to me now, my Aunt and my 20 yr old and now 4 yr old Daughters join me for PT. The gym is very family friendly.

I recently started going to this gym and it’s one of the best ones I’ve been too in the Silicon Valley. The group classes are intense but leave you feeling awesome and the trainers really push and motivate you to your maximum. I’m excited to be starting personal training classes here and so glad I found this community!

WarFitness is neat, and has everything you could need at a gym. Staff is friendly and pricing is reasonable. I would definitely recommend a personal trainer session at least once if you visit this place.

I have been working on getting to know my body for quite a few years now via massage, exercise and many different therapy modalities. Stretching is one of the most important but many people don't know how to thoroughly do so and what their body specifically needs. This directly effects your form and ability to level up during your workouts. I finally got to do a stretch and assessment with trainer Zay and I highly recommend adding this to your regimen. He was able to accurately assess what my body needs and help me help myself during my workouts and even just being able to tolerate desk work!!! Many people say "I can't'" blah blah blah but it's not that you can't it's that your not doing what your body needs to be able to do it. Do it for yourself. Take it from the Doctor :)

Fidel at War Fitness is amazing. I have been training with him since early March and we have seen great improvement. Fidel is very patient with me, supportive, and is willing to listen to all of my concerns. He always answers any questions I have and is very helpful. He also pushes me to my limits (which is exactly what I need). He's always motivating me to be better and if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be where I am today on my journey.
