All their smaller washers are out of service. You can't tell me this is just a ploy to force people to use the larger and more expensive washers. I don't have a lot of whites. I need the smaller washers to wash that small load. I'll be avoiding this place from now on.

NICE AND CLEAN BUT I CAME IN TODAY. TOO MANY BROKEN DRYERS LIKE 10 OF THEM. PL3ASE FIX THEM. ALSO THE LADY THAT WORKS THERE IS RUDE AND NEVER WANTS TO GIVE CHANGE. THE ASIAN GUY IS NICE.

I love coming here super early in the morning but I've been noticing cockroaches today I came in this morning and they were little ones running around on my favorite folding table I'm worried I might take them home with me also the dryers don't get hot so I'm spending more money having to put in my card mention it to the overnight man that's been coming in the morning to open and he said they clean it two times a week I thought maybe he would clean the dryer for me but he walked away.. that's all I have to say I'm thinking about going to another laundromat

Place is nasty, washers smell like mold, place is super dirty, there is even green stuff inside the washer doors looks like algae it’s horrible.

Thumbs down. Visited on Sunday 10/22/23 around 7 pm the attendant working was very rude when we wanted to buy soap. then while he was “cleaning” he was slamming the stools aggressively. You can just tell he was in a bad mood. I even noticed another customer rang the bell for help he did not come. we needed just 1 more dollar on our card to finish drying our clothes so we asked him for change he gets mad and says “why don’t u just put the whole thing?!” If he hates his job so much why is he working there. Made us very uncomfortable the whole time.

I have been coming to this place for a long time, the bathrooms are always very dirty in the afternoon, too dirty! They should make a bathroom for women and another for men since there are two bathrooms but it is for everyone, they should put seat covers, the only time the bathroom is clean is in the morning, in the morning if there is a paper that says for women They should always maintain it, after that everything is very clean

staff does not thoroughly clean or check washing mach at night always clothes or something left in machine or dryer. This morning came in to wash and found that there was human poo in the washing machine. we told the employee working today 04/16/23 of this he then went and got a bottle of WINDEX took a piece of clothing from trash to clean it up and wiped it down. Did not steralize the washing machine after cleaning with WINDEX. I have posted the picture I took of it. this is the grossest thing be seen thus far.

Customer service is horrible washing machine didn't wash my clothes was extra soapy it didn't rinse my clothes than had the nerve to blame me for saying I put too much soap in the machine I paid for extra wash the attendant was speaking Spanish no English speaker the machine mechanic blame me for putting to much soap in machine which is not true the attendant than said I should check the machine before if it had extra soap in before I put my soap in machine I said that's not my job I come to this place every Wednesday to wash but after today I'll spent my hard earn money somewhere else ...
