Run away from, don't walk, from opening an IRA with wells fargo bank - no matter which branch. Our deceased mom had/has an IRA with wells fargo bank, in the name of her trust with the trust as the beneficiary and with my siblings and I as the beneficiaries of the trust. Our mom died in 2018 and my siblings and I are stuck in an endless loop of submitting the correct paperwork, filled out as instructed by a w/f rep, only to have the form get kicked back for not filling it out correctly - over, and over, and over again. At this point, I doubt very much that we'll ever get our money out of w/f's greedy hands. Heed this warning - you'll regret it if you don't.

I highly recommend that you do not put money into the ATMs. I put cash into the ATM and it said there was an error and it kept my money and just gave me a receipt. Now I have to file a claim and wait 10 days for my money that I had in my hand and put in to ATM. It almost feels as if Wells Fargo stole money for me . As a big corporation I know you guys do not care I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo close to 20 years now and I just find this ridiculous that I am gonna have to wait 10 days to be able to get my physical money back.

My son had fraud on his account last December. He spent hours in the branch and also sent in the paperwork to show it but they denied it and stole $500 of his, leaving a $409 negative balance on his account. He left Wells Fargo (nice job alienating a potential lifelong customer at the very beginning of his financial journey) but they are now coming after him with collections for that $409 even though he spent all that time and effort to show that it was fraud on his account. This is not the way to support young investors!

I came in for a deposit and this elderly man was struggling to understand exactly what was going on, and the teller in the pink stripper shirt was completely unprofessional with him, and had no patience. She was incredibly rude. When dealing with the elderly in customer service, you have to be incredibly patient with them. If you can't do that, maybe customer service isn't for you. Besides that this branch is wonderful.

We love this Wells Fargo Branch. They are efficient and get the line moving! It is refresh to see the employees be patient and kind with customers.

Wells Fargo is one of the best bank I think. I've used it for more than 6 years. Been in a different branches of course. This one I want to reviewed because I liked couple of things in there. First one is their representative was was super friendly and professional, unfortunately I don't remember her name. All my questions were answered very prompt and understandable. The second is I found nice tea table and a coffee machine in there, by the way right on time, cause I was looking for a cup of tea. Truly I don't remember banks with that nice choice of tea and opportunity to make a fresh coffee. But it is so cool if you are waiting the banker. The third thing is - I like Wells Fargo because like other banks they can immediately help you with a fraud transactions if they were happen so I know I can relax and don't be worried about my funds. Overall 4 stars. It is great bank.

Good grief. This bank has covered itself with scandal and customer cheating. I'm amazed anybody would start banking with them. This is the SECOND scandal that has come out recently. I wouldn't trust them at this point. [added]. Somewhere, I had a faintest doubt that perhaps WF couldn't be as bad as all that. Well, this latest scandal should remove any doubt that WF is just evil: [added] complete(?) list of this bank's misdeeds:

I was so impressed by Andrew, the manager at this bank, and his staff. I had a problem that was solved in a matter of minutes (after having gone to 2 other banks that could not help me) - all done with friendly faces and the utmost professionalism. Feeling thankful for highly competent people!

5300 employess fired for creating fraudulent credit card accounts of unsuspecting customers but management and board of directors suffer no punishment for creating the incentive programs that caused this to happen how can you trust the men and women who perpetrated this evil like this should not be rewarded
