I must agree with others about the long wait. Two tellers and 5-6 ppl waiting in line, some with long transactions. Meanwhile there are 2 ppl sitting behind glass doing ???, staring at us. One must be the mngr, because he received an envelope from Fed Ex and opened it immediately.

This branch is DEFINITELY the Best branch EVER! Branch Manager Francisco is always awesome and professional and willing to get in and help. Jane, their other manager is always helpful and very knowledgeable in pretty much everything I’ve brought in - and I have to mention that teller line! Talk about pure class and exceptional customer service! If you’re reading this, Corporate, y’all gotta give these hard working men and women a RAISE!!!

Very bad customer service. They put one person cashier with 15+ people inline. Waited for 20 minutes and finally bailed out. While the line was getting longer, 3 employees walking around and do nothing. Just one cashier. This is bad.

If I could give a zero rating on the service I received at the Wells Fargo Bank on Santa Teresa and Bernal, I would. I walked in to two co-workers talking near the front door and I ask who can help me with a name change on my credit card, the one lady walks away and I am left with Jesus Lopez who calls himself a Personal Banker. There was nothing personal about him. When I asked my question he starts to sigh and keeps looking at his watch. I said are you able to help me or is it time for you go home? He was so not interested in helping me, made that very obvious and sure enough, I left without any help. It took all of him to call whatever number he called to tell me I could not take care of the name change for my credit card in the bank and kept wiping his face and greasy hair and then touching my credit card and my license. Thanks Jesus and WF's for nothing!!!!!!

Best Wells Fargo Branch in San Jose! This location has the friendliest and most helpful employees. There is little to no wait time here. I came in a few days ago to make some changes on my account and was assisted by a personal banker named Fernando. While still being conversational, he was able to make the necessary changes on my account. The transaction went smoothly and I was done in only 10 minutes. I've been here several times in the past for deposits and withdrawals as well and always left satisfied with their service. Service with a smile is all look for and that's what I got every time. The day after, the branch manager named Francisco reached out to me to ask for my feedback and see how my experience was. I really appreciate their efforts to seek feedback and constantly find ways to improve. So far, I think this branch is doing amazing. The challenge is keeping that momentum and ensuring all employees are doing the same at all times. No bad days, no excuses. I definitely would recommend going here for all your banking needs!

I am a current customer of Wells Fargo bank, but not for long! Issue: Shady business practices. Last month they finally closed several accounts that have been opened in order to produce multiple unneeded credit / debit cards. I was promised a 2% interest rate on my savings account by a bank employee and the branch manager. They later rescinded the original offer. I've had numerous problems with Wells Fargo over the years. This time I'm done. Customer beware.
