How long does it take to open a bank account?Is it right to tell the customer who wants to open an account 20 minutes before the deadline to come tomorrow?She says it's because she doesn't want the customer to hurry, but isn't it because she wants to get off work on time?I said it clearly. I am ok. Hurry up..But she say again "sorry"

i have been wronged before at this location.do not use their ATM.1st pointwells fargo representatives and businesses transactions when they are trying to get their customers to take advantage of a promotion in order to receive a spiff or meet certain work goals.i have opened a personal line of credit here in 2013, got ****ed over and was convinced that the second line of credit would help. another branch asked why i went through it but only best solution would be better to get another loan and pay off the balance.i have been a wells fargo customer for almost 18 years but this is the worst experience i have received. definitely disappointedas soon as i pay off my debts, leaving wells fargo.2nd pointhomeless people threatening on site at or near bank ATMa homeless man yelled from the top of his lungs from across the building next door.I didn't think anything of it I proceeded to get out of my vehicle and go to the ATM machine.As I am hearing him yelling I'm processing my withdrawal. I hear someone approach behind me and I see a shadow and that same man, rushed behind me, (did not touch me bir say anything) but he passed by me and slammed his shopping cart against the Wells Fargo from building. at this point?? he is 6 feet away.the homeless man did not touch me but he looked at me and pushed his shopping cart (about 2 feet away from me) passed by me, and slammed his cart against the building of Wells Fargo.he must sleep there in the evenings.this ATM by my house, why should i be threatened by using the ATM.3rd pointparkingSome customers specifically will park right in front of the ATM machine not allowing spaces for other customers to PROPERLY park in the spaces alloted for parking. thia is not a drive thru wells fargo. park your vehicle and then get off the car. or send your guardian to do it, if you are not able to get off the car. there are plenty of handicap parking spacesdo not use this ATM

The people that work here are amazing. I walked in this morning and was greeted by everyone, and I mean everyone, from the tellers to the security guard. The teller was very helpful and fast. When he finished the transaction he asked me what else he can help with, and I think that’s part of their job. What made it different was how cheerful and happy he was that he was able to help me. Thanks
