We are big fans of this WF branch. As a rule, the staff is cordial, very smart, and very insightful and results oriented. Once, we dropped into another WF branch - were taken aback by the lack of professionalism. Returned to this wonderful Branch and was treated with courtesy and efficiency. A true Class Act. If you appreciate both professionalism and courtesy - this is the bank for you.

Worst banking experience I've encounter my entire life. They are rude, incompetent and arrogant. I haven't had good experience with Wells Fargo for a while but too lazy to move all my auto pay bill, but this last in person transaction at this location has nailed it. I will never come back.

I agreed with Kat N. and James N. The manager at Wells Fargo Evergreen, her actual name is Samia J (they call her Sonya). She needs customer service skills. She needs to learn how to treat the customer with dignity and be assured the problem won't repeat; Instead, she is arrogant, rude, incompetent, mean, and miserable and make snarky comments. I closed my account because I will not tolerate this behavior.

We've always found Well Fargo's service, especially our branch on San Filippi Rd., San Jose to be very service oriented and accommodating. Easy in and out. Always a banker available to answer account questions. Same goes for our former Wells Fargo Branch back East in NJ.

I came at 5:00 pm and they had already locked the door and security wouldn't let me in. He told me use the ATM, I informed him I so would if my ATM card hadn't been compromised. I asked him to just let me in to withdraw cash, but no. Very bad service! Been a member since 1999 and it seems the service has become very bad now. Good Customer service oriented business' always make exceptions and It's not like I came way after they closed, considering I got there right at 5!

One of the worst bank ever had with. Since I have opened a bank with them in 2018. They had a bad reputation in the past and has not changed much in the way they are doing business. This bank would issued transaction with out your permission and silently take the money out of your saving with out notifying you. After I had spent days and hours to figure out the caused to get my money back. This bank employees and legal department was not helpful at all. They simply just don't care because it's not their money.

One of the best Wells Fargo branch near the Ranch Area. All the bankers are very very positive, willing to help and yes, they accept my calls. I had a pleasure to work with Alexander Lopez for banking and Patty Hernandez for notary purposes, couldn't be more happy with service I have received so far. Would highly recommend this branch and banking associates here. To add sugar to your trip, parking is super easy to find :)

Terrible customer service. Arrived to open up a business account and was told to sit in the waiting room and wait for a personal banker. I waited and waited and waited without so much as acknowledgement from their bankers. There were three working at the time. One was with a customer and the other two were clearly wasting time waiting to go home. One kept playing with her phone and looking at her computer screen while the other was in a full on personal conversation with what looked like a friend. Talking loudly about nothing banking related. I know I didn't have an appointment but at least let me know if you are going to be a while. People came to set up accounts and left because there was no one helping. I unfortunately couldn't come back as I secured child care to take care of this errand and needed to get it done. So incredibly unprofessional!
