Just had a poor experience with one of the bankers that works here. One specifically was Maria. She was yelling over the call demanding for all my personal information when she only needed a few small details to keep confidentiality for the safety of banking customers. Rude, impatient, and unprofessional.

Over 6 years ago, our WELLS FARGO ADVISOR, got us involved in what was forecast to be a "great investment" with a five year term, 5 years, this was Lie #1. We were NOT told that investment would require us to file tax extensions for the duration of the five years, a HUGE thing to overlook as we never would have gotten into it. The investment by Wells Fargo was and has been a total l**** from year one, and at the end of the 5 years, we now are getting some story from WF that we're being held hostage in this investment for another 3-5 years. Wells Fargo says they told us some information that they did not, WELLS FARGO LIES AND IS NOT A TRUSTED ORGANIZATION AS FAR AS THERE ADVISORS GROUP GOES. Without a doubt the worst organization from an financial advisory role. Do NOT invest with them. I've filed complaints with FINRA and several other banking compliant web sites. We have since pulled all our other investments out of Wells Fargo.

Service is fast and good. Managers here are very friendly. One time I brought my kids over and one of the folks gave them math problems! When I first started coming here everything I asked for got messed up 50% of the time. Hasn't happened in a few years and everything seems better here now.

The last couple years, I had some medical challenges that hurt my previous account. Today, I tried to reopen my account with a substantial deposit from my retirement. The banker was pleasant but he didn't explain any options for fixing my account and credit. Fortunately, I found a local credit union, I previously had an account with, who was willing to assist me. I was a long time Wells customer for 15 years and I appreciate the company's support of the LGBTQ+ community; which is why I previously chose Wells. I may or may not try to engage in future business with them. But this experience left me discouraged.

Quick service. Nice persons ready to help you if you need. I was very impressed. I also liked the environment while I was waiting. Nice pictures on the walls and very clean place. Opening hours from 9 am to 6 PM. I have been there a couple of times and I did not have to wait. Well done!!

Joseph / Vera / Michelle are awesome. They are the reasons I am coming back to this branch. I dislike banks (especially big banks such as Wells, Bank of America, Chase) but these people went out of their ways to resolve my issues. Thanks again for going the extra miles.

Trash the customer service is terrible I came in on the 28 of February around 11 some Mexican told me he can't help me without my iD I tried telling him the dmv was sending me one then he told me to come when I get it I got mad so I ask to talk to a banker and he laughed and said. I needed an ID Never again am I going back I been a customer since 2011 then is been the worst customer service I think am going to have to close my account with this bank
