I was truly surprised at the lack of professionalism of the banker with whom was available. But I can also see how busy this branch was and I believe she hated her job. After reading previous Yelp reviews, I am glad to see other patrons have bad experiences at this branch as this interaction just seemed like a dis-service. I had been on the phone with Wells Fargo for four (4) hours during the past week to deal with a family matter. I was asked to print and fill out some forms but none could be downloaded or saved. I called Wells Fargo back and they said to go to a local branch and have the forms printed out for me. I called the Lincoln branch 3x and no one answered the phone. Net-net. I showed the banker what was happening on my laptop so she a) knew what the form looked like, b) understood the reason for why I was there and c) could navigate her phone call more efficiently as she didn't seem to know where to get the forms to print out. She started to say they couldn't help me because it was another part of Wells Fargo (and yet Wells Fargo is the one that told me to go to a branch) and because they were a bank, she wouldn't be able to be receive the forms by the department she was calling because of the licensing. As she was speaking on the phone, she continually misrepresented and misstated the reason for why I was at the branch that day. When I attempted to correct this, she told the person on the phone to talk to me since I was "yelling" at her (I wasn't but I was frustrated with her lack of care and ability to capture what I needed). I was concerned that the person on the phone was getting the wrong information and I was getting frustrated by the customer service overall. We finally got through the phone call. She found the forms on their internal system and she was able to print the forms. I also told her I only needed one of them but she literally ignored me. As she handed the forms to me, I said "Thank you for your help," but she made zero comment. She couldn't get herself to say "You're welcome", "Glad to be of help", or "Sorry that was so complicated." She just walked away.

This branch has been going down hill for quite sometime and I think it’s time to give up on them after my last few interactions as a branch for atm or simple teller transactions it works great but as soon as you need help with cd ,investment and personal banking they continue to drop the ball ..Time for a real management changeAlex you’re not getting back to me so ?You have my contact info please get back to me soon or I will file a more substantial complaint to federal bank commission

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years yet yesterday I was treated so rudely by the Willow Glen Branch that it is beyond belief. Their customer service is so lacking and was completely unprofessional maybe it's time for me to try and find a bank that actually cares about them customers.

Zero stars. EXTREMLY RUDE costumer service. They hate their job and do not care about helping customers. Honestly, Wells Fargo will lose customers with all these rude employees they love to hire.

I have been Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years because of the ATM availability everywhere and since after Covid19 in 2020, the Wells Fargo branch service is worse and worse, just so terrible as the branch staff does not care to serve customers and treat the customers as beggars. Look at all the Google reviews for Wells Fargo at 2.5/5 stars on average recently!!Just as today 02/27/2023, i made an appointment at 9AM at Lincoln, San Jose Wells Fargo branch to do an Escrow wire transfer to buy a house and the wire was done at 9:15Am but yet it's 11:15AM, after many phone calls that were hanged up rudely by the bankers and email requests to the branch manager to release the wire asap as there will be $500 per day fee charge if it does not close on time. Yet no one at the branch cares to release the wire! No other bank has ever had that terrible and delayed wire service for several hours like that, on top of $30 wire fee. The only reason I gave 2 stars because my wire finally got released at around 11:20AM, and hopefully my Escrow will get closed today on time. But please don't force your loyal customer to close the account with Wells Fargo because of your total lack of care for customer service!

If I could give a zero on stars I would. Their customer service skills are non existence. They are dry, unkind, prejudice, and discriminatory. Went in to open up a bank account and from the start the banker/teller was not warm at all. We brought in all the required forms (listed through Wells Fargo ) to open an account. But, they required additional certain documents to which no other Wells Fargo branch requested. In fact, another Wells Fargo branch was confused to this branch request and said we should not have any problem opening up the account with the documents we had in hand. The only reason we did not open it at that other branch was because our availability. Going back to this branch, When asking them to demonstrate to me where in their policy such document is required they did not provide it. After waiting about 20 minutes for the branch manager, the manager said, they would have to see if they could give us the policy (which, I believe it definitely should be accesible to all clients - including prospective clients). As we were talking to the manager and trying to find clarity and a solution he paused with us and helped another member. At this point we decided to leave. Essentially, we wasted our time. Nothing was solved and left with a lot of confusion. Would not recommend this branch.

Window clearly says open until 6. Just got here today at 5:21pm 9/8/21 and they're closed. People get off work at 5!!! Screw them in closing all my accounts and going to a credit union. This was the final straw. Wells Fargo has been on the decline.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Very disappointed with this location. I deposited a check from our other bank on Friday night and on the receipt it stated will be available Tuesday (given that July 4th is Sunday and Monday is observed for the holiday). I received an alert stating that my account balance is zero due to money was withdrawn this morning for a recurring bill. That's strange, I thought I had enough money since I had just deposited a check on Friday. However, I checked my account and my account is still not credited. I had to call to find out I will receive my money on Wednesday. This is such an inconvenience. I have deposited a check every month from our other bank account for the past ten years using only Wells Fargo atm's at various locations from San Jose to Milpitas to Fremont to Palo Alto and have never had my funds held for so long. Usually it's credited after a day or two even if I deposited on the day before a bank holiday. In addition, we have a savings account linked to the checking account that I was depositing the check into that has more than enough to cover the check amount and any bills that needed to be paid. Now not only will I get charged overdraft fees, I will get charged a late fee for my bill. Did I mention of the 12 years I've had my Wells Fargo account, never once did I get an overdraft fee?
