I had to come here to make a payment but forgot to bring my debit card. Laura was so patient and guided me through the process of adding the digital debit card to my Apple wallet. It really only took less than 5mins to do it. Thank you Laura for your professionalism, patience and smile! I wish all customer service would provide service like yours. Have a nice day!

Too slow and inconvenient. I came to the bank around 3pm to open a savings account and deposit a large amount of money. One of their bankers approached me and mentioned that we are close to our closing time so they cannot help us today. I asked what time is the closing time, he mentioned 5pm. I spoke with the branch manager came and spoke with me. She seemed very confident that everything is fine and she was not worry for the long wait time. I think this branch needs to improve the customer service and management. They also need to hire more bankers to take care of their customers. We used to live in San Mateo. Our branch and bankers were much nicer than this. Then the banker TIM KYAW came and helped us. He was a really nice person and banker. If it wasn't for him we would stop banking with this branch and left a one star feedback. This branch needs more banker like him. Good job TIM. Hope to see you again.

So bad I can't believe I'm a Wells Fargo customer I had to drive all the way to get to this location because I got a message on my phone that my card been used so the branch manager mellissa Alvarez she said we can't help you you have to call because my bankers are busy which is not right they 3 of them with no customer!!!!!!

The workers here are d*** and slow for no reason. The ladies stand around looking unimportant while theres a long line. I need to count my money before they put it in the money counter lol. What is the money counter used for exactly if u aren't going to count my money? Useless people who don't care for their jobs. Please find new workers who wants to work. Avoid this location the people here are a joke!

Extremely slow service. Very disappointed in Wells Fargo. I was waiting in line and wanted to withdraw money because the atms outside don't dispense certain bills and have limits. It was only when I reached the teller that they informed me that there was an ATM inside the building which has higher limits and a provides a variety of bills. Rather than having me wait 20 mins in the line, the managers who were standing behind the tellers could have approached the customers waiting in line to see what they needed and answered any questions right away. Instead they just stood there overseeing the tellers.

Today, as always, I went to take my deposits in this location and the service was very bad. I took my deposit from a business account and because I did not want to give my social security number to the cashier who attended me, he threw all the money. I have been depositing large amounts of deposits for more than three years and today was the first time that they gave me a terrible service.

I have recenly open checking account here after that all my data compromised. someone tried to hack bank account and used my information to open credit card accounts. AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ANY COST

This review is for Khuong Luu and Tin Been a customer with Wells Fargo for 10 years now. I've been to many branches and didn't have an issue until I want to change my name, only Khuong and Tin tried their best to resolve my issue here. I went to 3 branches around san jose and milpitas, bought documents and all kind of ID's but wasted all my effort and time. Khuong and Tin called to give me infos before going to this branch. Then, it went really smooth. I even got more knowledge about important things from Khuong. Thanks to Khuong and Tin.

Please update the Saturday hours. I checked Yelp to see if this location was open on Saturday and it said it was until 12noon. I went there only to find out they were closed on Saturdays.

07/02/2021 - the lady that greets as soon as i get in did not listen to what i said. I came in telling her that i wanted to get my check cashed on the same day by a TELLER as i know what it's like to mobile deposit and it takes one or a few days to show up into my account that i wouldn't want to wait!! she lead me to the ATM machine saying that i should drop the check there instead. and they put my check on hold!!!! i shouldn't have listened to her!!!! so freaking pissed off!!!! this is the first time wells fargo employee's f***** up on me as she wasn't listening well!! i told her that i wanted the cash upfront as i don't like waiting from the start!! and she didn't listen!!!! she ruined my day as i have planned on paying my bills on that same day by cash and now i'm so anxious as to not knowing if my money might show up 5 days from now!! i don't have money available to spend and she ruined the timeflow of my paychecks. so upset. so inconvenient. i should've just ignored her advice and went to a teller for help!! she messed up big time!! please wells fargo, let these employees know to listen wells to customers as they can impact our billing or money!! really truly very upset!
