Made an appointment, accidently drove to the wrong bank (the one that's about 3 blocks away), both banks have no clear way of signing in, so you just sit around and wait until someone help you. By the time I realized it's the wrong place, I drove like mad to get to this bank only to realize she has taken in a walk in appointment. What is the point of making one if they don't even bother to honor it. At least call to check and see if I'm coming. What an absolute waste of time!!!! Never coming back

What a shitty place. Lights on a Saturday at 11 but the doors were locked. At least leave a sign if you're closing randomly

This is now my 2nd time coming into this branch and have been helped by Shruti both times. I have to say she makes banking sooo easy and enjoyable. No one likes going to the bank, but she is so pleasant and helpful that she makes it such a good experience. She seems like she genuinely cares about her customers and has such a positive attitude. I had called to ask if they had any $2 bills since they're so rare in general and she even held me $200 worth in the branch for me to come pick up. She remembered me from my 1st visit and was so nice to save them for me and exchange for new bills. Give this woman a raise because she deserves it!! I have had some bad teller experiences and she makes banking so much better. Bravo to Shruti!!

I had originally gone into another branch but was turned away because I did not have an appointment. Instead of checking their schedules, they just referred me to the app. I had called into this branch to see if there were any day-of appointments and was able to secure one in the afternoon. I came in to take care of some business and everyone I had encountered was very nice and helpful. Tram was the one who helped me with my transaction. She was super patient and professional. Another manager had to come by for further verification, but I appreciate the extra steps for security given I didn't have my card with me. They both made me feel welcome and at ease during the whole process. I hadn't gone into a physical bank in years so I was not aware I needed an appointment for my specific transaction. I'm glad the people at this branch was willing to help me instead of tell me to come back with an appointment another day, saving me processing time.

Long waiting times, long processing times, and substandard execution. Came in for a wire transfer, after a long wait inline I was told to come back later that day to see a banker for assistance. So I came back, after a long processing time processed the wire transfer. Got I call today that due to an unspecified execution error I have to come back and repeat the process. So in summary, I do not recommend visiting this branch, an overall frustrating experience.
