Excellent customer service and it's nice to see a business that can offer better pricing than a behemoth like Amazon that is bent on market domination. They have staff here with a lot of experience and knowledge, and who can point you in the right direction if they do not have a particular part, especially for cutting tools.

When you need something quick these guys are the first tool shop open in the area. Even when they're busy they recognize that you are waiting and let you know they'll be right with you. Friendly staff. Descent prices.

When in a hurry and waiting to be help and you know you got a really hot job. Then I suggest you wait some more because the price is fairly thought out. You know your not going to get rip. The workers here are good and reponssive to your needs.

The service is great for my small walk in purchases. They mostly service professionals, so it's the place to go for things like drill bits. Buy yourself quality bits (like Precision Twist) as you need them and you'll never go back to throw away junk from a box store. You can also buy types (like short bits to reduce wandering in your drill press), and in between sizes, of bits that you can't buy at Lowes or Home Depot.
