Takes forever to get someone to help you usually. Very slow and people here don't make any sense. Had to get some photos done to upload on a govt website. Refused to email me a digital version of the photo. Came back 40 hours later with a pen drive and was told it's been too long, need to take a new photo and will also be extra charge for copying to a pen drive. Ridiculous. Can I give zero stars????

They just cancelled my Covid appointments be cause they don't have the staff to do it this in the next 2 days. Now I'm having to reschedule 2 weeks out for the booster shots. . At least try to accommodate and reschedule for us. What a hassle to reschedule over again. So annoyed and frustrated with their process!

Ordered same day photo pickup. Had a such a horrible experience. Waited on the counter for 15 mins without any acknowledgement from The lady on the counter kept. Then started her insulting me one after other. I showed her the phone and said I have pickup - she said I am not gonna read your phone. Is it same day order. I said yes it's pictures, she said it's not a order it's a photo pickup. I kept quiet and said okay. Then she asked what's name. I told her the name and she couldn't find the order and said what's the last name. I gave her my last name and she said you gave me a different name earlier. How can you employ people like that ? Who unnecessary insults customers. I am never stepping in any Walgreens again. I wish I could file a formal complaint.

Our boy turned 12 and we had him scheduled for the COVID-19 vaccine. Made an appointment and went as planned. The pharmacist was very understanding and detailed. She could see our boy's nervousness about getting a vaccine. She took the time to explain to him about the vaccine and praised him for being responsible in taking the vaccine. She made him feel comfortable and good about taking the vaccine. Thank you.

Very poor pharmacy customer service. Continued difficulty receiving on-going prescription drugs authorized by doctors, especially when dealing with Medicare Part B specialty prescriptions. This has been going on for two years now.

Is it possible to go negative with a review? If so, then this store has got to be the center for providing the worse customer service in the history of mankind. I ordered two things from this store at the corner of Union and Curtner Avenues. I got half of my order. I used their online tool because I couldn't leave my very sick husband and go over to the store. When I called, some immature, nasty young lady told me that the only way to fix this problem was for me to come to the store and either pick up my items or get a refund. I explained to her that I couldn't go to the store because of my husband's situation and I wanted to avoid going to the store in the first place. Then she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and she said she didn't want to talk to me because of my "attitude", and put me on hold for 25 minutes before a "manager" got on the line. I explained the whole situation to him and then he proceeded to absolve himself at least 5 times and kept blaming DoorDash for not picking up my whole order. He said that it wasn't his fault and again for me to come into the store, and he hung up on me. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR! I'm taking my business to CVS from now on. I also sent an email to Walgreen's corporate office regarding this situation.

Walgreens Photo. When you print something that is copyright (as I do for my classroom posters), some Walgreens will refuse to do the order and not even call you (F), some will refuse to do the order but will call you (D), some will need to be reminded there is a Fair Use form that legally clears them (C), some will insist you sign a waiver (B), and some, like this one, don't even know the waiver exists. So, that's a reason to like this photo location, even though they currently only have one person who knows who to operate the machines. She's trying to train everyone- I will let you know how that develops.

I have been going to this location for years because its really close to my home. This location was getting really messy. Today the store looks great and the staff was more friendly than ever. I was so shocked that I had to ask employees what had happened. They told me they are changing store manager. Wow that manager probably must've been really bad because the way the team was behaving today is totally different. Great move to remove that manager out of this location. Love Walgreens.

Don't go here. Ignoring the fact that a employee tested positive for corona. No safety steps taken. The employee was at work with COVID. No one is doing anything about it.

Cute and cozy one that feels like an old school drug store because not like the spacious farmers market feel of a Sprouts , everything is stacked 7 feet high and the isles are really tight. But I like it as it's clean organized and set up by sections you easily figure out. My parents owned a delicatessen 80 feet away from it in the early 70's so maybe I'm just sentimental to the location! . I may never move away!

I have been using this pharmacy since I moved here almost 2 years ago. And I have been happy with the service they provide. But I was extremely impressed the other day when I had to refill some prescriptions which I did over the phone (automated). When I was told over the phone that it would be ready for pick-up by 11:30 the next morning, I chose to receive text message for updates. Just a couple of hours later, I received a text letting me know that my prescriptions were ready. And I had the option to have them delivered for free! (I believe it is only because of COVID-19 in case you're reading this later.) It said it would take 2-3 days for my delivery which was fine--I had enough meds to get me through until then. However, to my surprise, Fed Ex knocked on my door the next day that my package had arrived! Super quick and so easy! Thanks Walgreens for making things even easier for me to STAY AT HOME.

I had some meds transferred here and they were so good with telling me which times were the quietest to come in during the virus. I showed up at 8P no one was in the store and I was in and out in less than 2 mins. They were kind, friendly and quick.

I went to this location to get a vaccine and boy I was surprised by the two gentle men there who helped out prepare the vaccine in advance so I don't have to wait. I was having a busy day so that was really thoughtful! Also the person who gave the shot explained everything in detail and was very gentle with the shot. Amazing! This will be my go to Walgreens from now on.
