This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever used!My pharmacy order was sent on a Tuesday, and I called during the "appropriate" time two hours later to see if it was ready. I was surprised that I was placed on hold for 1 1/2 hours, so I tried twice again in the next 2 days and was also placed on hold and no one ever talked to me.There were never any phone calls, emails, or text messages sent, despite me having a Walgreens account. I was able to log into my account and see that one of the prescriptions had an issue with insurance, and requested me to call, but that was not possible of course due to negligence on their part.I also tried to use their chatbot twice to find some answers, but was given a message stating that the chatbot had issues, and that I should directly contact the bot developer to see why it wasn't working. WTF???To make it even better, when I went into the pharmacy in person, I waited in line for 20 minutes and the line did not move the entire time I was there. They had already spent 20 minutes with the person at the front of the line, and there was no sign that it was going to end, so I just walked out at that point.Needless to say, I'm transferring all my and my family's prescriptions to a more competent pharmacy!

Small , clean , this one is convenient as it's right next door to my chiropractor It's organized has a 70's vibe and the parking lot is about twice the size of the store.... Kind of like Kohl's.

It saddens me to write this review but what happened to me should not be acceptable behavior...On November 5th, I came to this Walgreens to do my COVID-19 bivalent booster since this was the only Walgreens that was doing COVID-19 bivalent booster on the weekend. I made the appointment online and filled out the needed paperwork to make the process easy and painless. My appointment was at 9:30 AM but I decided to come early in case there was a line or if I needed to fill out more paperwork. When I got to the pharmacy, I noticed that there was only one person in the pharmacy who was wearing a white lab coat. I had immediately assumed that this person was the pharmacist and he was opening up the pharmacy. I approached the window and the pharmacist asked me, "how can I help you?". From his name tag, I gathered that his name is Bryan and he was the pharmacist on duty. I let him know that I was there for my appointment at 9:30 AM for my COVID-19 bivalent booster shot. At first, he seemed annoyed that I can early because it did not seem that he had coverage to do my booster shot. Bryan then asked me for my COVID-19 card and my ID which I presented. He then gave me a clipboard with a form to fill out which took me a while to fill out. I sat in the waiting room, trying to gather information for the form and I noticed that there were a few customers who arrived to pick up medication. I also noticed that someone came along to help cover for Bryan in order for him to administer my booster shot. This person was wearing a light blue uniform (almost like scrubs) and I assumed that he might be a pharmacy technician. I handed my form back and the person in a light blue uniform looked at my form and asked me for my COVID-19 card. I pointed to Bryan who was helping another customer at another window but he was able to show the person in the light blue uniform my COVID-19 card. The person in the light blue uniform then said "okay, go ahead and step behind the division and take off all your clothes". He then laughed and I laughed nervously but I began to feel very uncomfortable and reacted by saying, "just my shoulder", which he completely ignored. After a couple of minutes, Bryan stepped out and was able to administer my shot with instructions to stay around for 15 minutes. I work in healthcare so I knew I had to stay in the vicinity for 15 minutes just in case I had an allergic reaction but I felt very uncomfortable staying near the pharmacy. I decided to wander the store since I didn't want to stay in the pharmacy area. After 15 minutes, I left but I felt violated and uncomfortable. After I got home, I filed a complaint because I knew that what I experienced was not right. A couple of days after I filed a complaint I received an email stating " Unfortunately we did not receive enough information from your email to respond appropriately...". Since the person in the light blue uniform was not wearing a name tag or did not introduce himself, I did not get his name so this was the cause of them saying "we did not receive enough information". A day after the email, I received a call from Darryl, who I think was the manager, and I explained the situation. I let him know that I was not able to get the name of the person in the light blue uniform but Darryl divulged that his name was Jason. Darryl said that this was not acceptable behavior but I never received a follow-up as far as what happened and what was done. I also emailed back but never received a response back.I understand that he was joking but that is not something to say to someone let alone a customer because what he said was insensitive and a form of sexual harassment. If he felt comfortable saying that to me, who knows what other things he says to other people? I know that if I said that to a patient, I would be fired or put under some type of review. What if I was a victim of sexual harassment or if I took that statement literally? I was hesitant to post this but because I have not heard anything, I decided to just post it. Over

I needed promotional bookmarks for an upcoming visit to a book club and was delighted to discover that Walgreens did them. When I ordered online and sent the order to my nearest store, they canceled it without explanation. Then I ordered again and it went to the Meridian Store. There were problems getting my order filled: the store's printer needed to be fixed, and the bookmarks needed to be cropped, but I was impressed by the lady at the photo department for her efforts to ensure I was happy with the result. I recommend this store for photos or other special orders.

The pharmist at this location named Tasos went above and beyond to help get a prescription approved that was taking forever to fill by the Dr. After a knee operation. And Tasos came through and went above and beyond for us. We appreciate his customer service. Would recommend this pharmacy and pharmacist . Thanks Tasos customer for life.

This store has a very amazing worker named leonel lorta (Leo) who went above and beyond to help me with photos. He called other stores and was very patient with me assisting me and giving reassurance since I was worried about my negative photos and he kept a positive attitude. He was very knowledgeable and organized about the store! Walgreens are very lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you Leo! Monica Lopez who is the assistant manager is very nice and friendly always smiling and welcoming and remembers me every i time! She knows me by first name!! Took a family member here for their Covid vaccine shot, and it was a very smooth and easy process! Pro tip: log onto their website Friday morning around 7am to schedule an appointment. So many open appts at many locations near me, and I got one for the next day. When we went, pretty easy check-in process especially since we brought bring the filled out consent form which they email you with your appointment confirmation email. Definitely recommend; go get your vaccine! Also, they are administering Pfizer.

The staff here are terrific. They're very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. We didn't appreciate them fully until we tried the mail order pharmacy our insurance company recommended. Big shoutout to Monica for helping us move our prescriptions back here.

Full disclosure, normally I am a CVS pharmacy customer. My wife had surgery at UCSF, and they use Walgreens, apparently. So I went to the Walgreens close to my house. I have been a CVS customer for perhaps 14 years, and in all the time, I literally have never waited in line as long as I did at the Walgreens. First of all, the pharmacy was closed in the middle of the day, I first arrived here at 1:40, they told me it would be open a half an hour. I showed up at 2o'clock on the button, they told me it will be open in five minutes, it wasn't open in five minutes, or 10 minutes, It finally opened at 2:15. After leaving for the line, I was finally helped. Very pleasant druggist behind the counter. No apologies for the tardiness, until I pointed it out then he rolled his eyes. I'm not saying CVS is perfect, I just know I won't go back to Walgreens, if at all possible.

I went here on Wednesday, June 3rd. I came solely for the purpose of printing off some photos of photos, of my grandpa during WWII for a Father's Day present/project I'm working on for my dad. I really didn't know what I was doing when I was trying to crop and size photos. But, then this gentleman named Leonel working the photo center came to help me. He went above and beyond any service I've ever received from a Walgreens. He was patient, kind, and extremely helpful. He took the time to make sure the cropping of the photos was what I wanted, and fit. He brought me behind the desk to look at everyone before I printed it off to make sure it had the info I wanted. I mean seriously, LEONEL was fantastic! I've never been to a retail store and received more kind helpful service than I received from LEONEL that day. He's a true gentleman, and extremely helpful! I hope some stranger can provide him the level of service I received on his next outing. Thanks again Leonel!

Love the pharmacy at Walgreens. I never would have thought near a big City at a chain like Walgreens you would find small time like pharmacists. They are awesome and always attentive and helpful. They know my entire family.

I had a problem with my prescription and Tasol was so helpful and happy to fix the situation. Usually the pharmacists I encounter are somewhat rude and seem like they are unhappy to be there. It was the opposite in this case, and I'm glad there are pharmacists like Tasol who can create positive interactions

Awful place. Do not take your photo processing there. My photos was all black which is impossible. I took pictures in a light area and dark area with flash. I feel suspicious with the people that do the work with photos. You will not get a refund or fix the problem. Waste of money. Expensive price with bad photos. I feel that they kept the best photos for themselves. I should be getting 32 photos but instead I only got 4 photos. Sad sad. Don't go there.

I always shop at Walgreens when I need last minute things no matter what part of the country I am. Luckily, this particular location was conveniently located right in the parking lot of a restaurant I was picking up desserts from and I needed nail polish! When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the guy working at the cash register. The stir was clean, organized and peaceful. I found everything I needed and more inside this store. I found the Essie color Blanc nail polish I needed, and I grabbed all snacks and makeup touch-up tools needed for the Bridal room for my best friend's wedding. I was so happy to not have to run around from store to store and I actually had time to spare and spent it with my kids instead of shopping. I saved a lot of money because they had BOGO on a lot of things I purchased and I used my points. The guy that worked the cash register was so sweet and very informative. This store had everything I needed and more and the prices were pretty good. I will shop here again. Thank you for the great service in your well-maintained store!

GREAT experience in Walgreens!! Had to get specific size photos, one photo guy tried a lot then asked other guy(Tom) and he did it. Both were very patient and friendly. Very friendly staff, definitely recommend it. Enough parking as well.
