Stopped by the WorkWorld at Almaden Plaza in San Jose to pick up some work pants — specifically the BN3334-M in brown — and they had exactly what I needed. The store’s not huge, but it’s super organized and easy to browse. Staff were really friendly, helpful, and knew their inventory well, which made things smooth. Honestly one of the better experiences I’ve had shopping for work gear. If you’re looking for solid workwear without the hassle, this is the place.

I recently bought some boots here and they ended up being defective. I was dreading going to deal with a warranty claim. To my surprise, I received great customer service the exchange happened quickly and no push backs. I’m happy I come here and will definitely be going back. I’m happily using my new boots again!

The store closes the time I get off work and doesn't open till 11 am after I start work when do they ever make it available for anybody to get any work clothes their hours are ridiculousj

I just drove in from Santa Cruz to load up on some construction clothing. It's a Thursday at 2:00pm and as soon as I get to the door a guy walks out with a bag of clothing and the sales lady is locking the door. I ask her if she's closing. She says there was an incident and needs to close for the rest of the day. I explained that I just drove from Santa Cruz wanting to spend several hundred dollars and she just shut the door and locked it. Completely unprofessional. What a waste of time not to mention the night mare of a parking situation. I'll be taking my money to Boot Barn from now on. At least they have enough of the staff to be able to handle any unforeseen situation's to be able to keep the store open.

Only 1 fitting room available! Plus, not many good deals and most items were overpriced for no reason. It’s better to shop online. Go here if you like the nature of physical shopping, other than that I’d suggest buying else where. 2/5 Not impressed.

This is my all time favorite store. Taking the title of the old Toys r us when I was like 10...Seriously though, if you work in any climate this is the store for you where fashion meets functionality!!! Has more boots than the actual vendors have in their store...example timberland..the selection is awesome!!!! Great sizes for a XXL

If you need some clothes for doing hard work and need something that's gonna last, come here. I wear a carhartt shirt daily and this place has a huge selection to choose from.
