I wanted to contact the store to ask if they had what I wanted in stock. Called the phone number listed and got general AI runaround. Thousands of engineers that work on these automated systems, and still cant get answers to simple consumer questions, forcing consumers to physically drive out to the store to get answers.

Horrible attitude. They do not honor the deal I made with their online agents. In the end. I terminated the xfinity service.

KEVIN here is truly the best. When I contacted customer service online and via phone, I was getting tossed around between the mobile department and the internet department. So I was pretty upset and ended up going to the store myself. Kevin was patient and calm throughout the whole process and he was professional. I was on the verge of canceling my business with Xfinity, hadn’t I met Kevin today I really would have.

It’s zero security. Someone applied for a service under my name and I got charged for service I have never applied for. I’ve been in a hassle with customer service for several weeks and no one could help. Worst experience ever.

They do not make it easy to do anything here. Even the employees seem to hate working here. They just do the bare minimum so they can sit back down.
