This place is too small inside and the floor is dirty. The taste was not as good as other place.

This is the "Yogurtland" at the Plaza de San Jose shopping center, in East San Jose. This large mall features anchor stores such as Target, Smart 'n Final Extra, and Walgreens. It also has a very large parking lot. The Yogurtland can be found along the far west edge of the mall along King Rd, and next door to Game Stop. I was there at around 7:30pm on a Thursday. When I walked in the place was empty. The cashier greeted me. I grabbed a cup, and took a sample of Rich Chocolate, Coconut, Strawberry, and Cheesecake. I don't like toppings, but I took some caramel syrup. When I went to weigh my cup, I asked the cashier what was the price per ounce. She said she was a trainee, and didn't know the answer. Then she asked me "is this for here or to-go?" I asked if to-go orders get taxed. She said if you eat the yogurt on-site, you get charged a service fee. Then I asked for a receipt, and the Trainee didn't know how to print it out. The Manager came out to help. I was told the price per ounce is 75-cents per ounce. By this time a line has formed, and a whole family is waiting on me to finish. According to my receipt:- REG TO-GO: (9.3oz x $0.75/oz) = $6.98(includes 0.6oz tare, weight of cup)No added tax or feesHow was the fro-yo? I liked the Coconut and Strawberry flavors. The Cheesecake and Rich Chocolate were forgettable. It had the texture and appearance of soft serve. I expected it to be thicker since it was slow to dispense. Maybe I should stick to fruit flavors. The store itself is rather small. There's three tables inside, and stacks of tables and chairs outside. The restroom has a coded lock. Interesting to note, there's no partition protecting the machines. So if there's a large group, everyone is just standing around in front of the yogurt machines. Would I come back? Yes, if I'm in the area. But I wouldn't make a special trip for this place. Also, take your order to-go. I never got an answer for the service fee for eating on-site. Lots of free parking in the spacious lot. Mall is located at Story Rd & South King Rd, San Jose.

Bad management. Yogurt is okay but not exceptional. Okay location. Manager is known to promote bad work culture.

Workers were very accommodating and nice and they greeted me when I came in. The yogurt was okay, tasted like any other yogurtland and there was a decent selection of toppings. However, I had a very bad run in with an old man who I believe is the owner of the store. I have bladder issues and he refused to let me use the restroom before buying yogurt, even though I promised to pay after. Then, even after I paid, he was very rude and seemed very annoyed. He kept giving me dirty looks and made me feel very uncomfortable.

This yogurtland is in a shopping center with a Target, Starbucks, Smart & Final, Panda and other restaurants. It's a perfect stop after running errands. There is plenty of parking as well. I went around 6pm on a Wednesday and there was no line. There were many flavors and toppings options - I was so excited to see a Thai tea flavor. The ambience was relaxing and there is seating indoors and outdoors.

Change your hours they are incorrect. Waste of a drive and time. Went to go take advantage of their promotion for today thinking they close at 10PM. Arrived around 9:35 thinking they were open but they were not. Total lights out. Have been to this location before and decent customer service so extra two stars for that.

This location is very unprofessional. I arrived at 6:45pm and they were closed and cleaning up. On maps it says they are closed at 10pm. I called to ask what time they closed and the girl who picked up said they closed early to "technical difficulties" while laughing. I'm sure there were no "technical difficulties" and most likely wanted to leave early on a Saturday night. So annoying.

worst experience I've ever had at a yogurtland spot, they give you the strawberry whole when in other places it usually comes cut. The consistency of the yogurt was very bad, it's was very runny! Wouldn't come again.

Honestly I don't usually write reviews, but the other day I was going to get some froyo when I saw the manager yelling at one of his employees outside. I have visited this yogurtland many times over the years and have gotten to know many of the employees. My personal favorites, which are currently working, are Bao, Nestor, and Kristy, they always make my day. However, after seeing the manager yell at his employee, I reconsidered going inside because I don't want to support a business that abuses it's employees. I have a friend who used to work here and they told me the manager was mean and made many of the workers uncomfortable. I didn't think much of it until i saw this the other day. I recommend they get a new manager and for anyone reading this to take their business elsewhere until then. The customer service is great the only problem is the manager. I recommend for those who don't have a closer yogurtland to tip the employees because it is clear to me that they have to put up with a lot of abuse here. (I hope the manager doesn't pocket any of the tips) UPDATE: I was talking to my friend earlier this week and she informed me that the manager wouldn't even let them change the temperature, which is crazy cause it's a froyo shop it's supposed to be somewhat colder.

Make sure they do not overcharge you, normally me and my boyfriend pay about 10 dollars for our yogurt, but today I went with my mom and I noticed that the people before me paid 25$ for two cups, i was shocked. Then when it was our turn to pay, he said it would be 20$, i was so confused i said, "are you sure, i came here the other day and it was only 10$" then he said "oh well idk", then i asked again "are you sure?" then my mom decided to just put one cup at a time, and i noticed that the scale started at 15. oz, so i told him, and he realized that part of the card machine was on the scale. So then he took it off and finally the total was 10$. I don't think he did it on purpose, but I do think that he should have enough common sense to know that 20$ for the portions of frozen yogurt we got was too much. Please make sure that the scale starts at zero. definitely not coming back to this place

This isn't my go-to Yogurtland but it definitely hit the spot when it came down to having my cravings satisfied. First and foremost, I'll happily admit that I am boring!! I stick to my norm because WHY FIX IT WHEN IT AIN'T BROKE.... Lmao. Aside from two other season flavors that I happen to enjoy, my go-to [[must have]] is a heaping portion of plain tart. Top that baby off with some fresh fruit and some cheesecake bites and I am all set to go!!!! For those who like a bit of variety, Yogurtland does a good job of offering a number of flavors. Each cup is customizable to your liking and you decide on the amount being served. Toppings involve syrups, fresh fruit, candies, and cereals. Pick your poison and enjoy!! 3 stars overall because my visit was quick and easy. Customer service could use a bit of help but that obviously isn't a surprise- hence all of the low reviews. YIKES!
