Sensei Albert Lee is an incredible coach, instructor and man. He pushes you and helps you reach your goal at whatever pace you need. I would definitely recommend this workout studio. It has a very personal feel and it says it all in the name!

Great support and training from owner Albert Lee. He is super informative and very motivational. It’s great to be able to go somewhere to get in shape and just feel comfortable and that’s what I feel here. I highly recommend this place !

I've been going to this gym for more than half a decade, followed them to a couple of different locations. Made a huge change in my life! I don't miss a workout as its appointment gym (no excuses). Half hour, never the same workout twice, and you get full muscle group circuit. The one on one is not cheap but at 56 I feel Albert and Kim have added quality years to my life, and that's priceless. Albert also does adult level Jiu jitsu which my son has been doing for 5 plus years and he loves (for what you get the price is very reasonable) it. Great instruction and good people. Can't recommend one on one enough!

I have been training jiu jitsu with Albert for a little over 3 years. His instruction and coaching have been instrumental to my growth as a practitioner. He's always been incredibly patient and helpful. The jiu jitsu class is tailored to all skill levels so don't hesitate to hop on the mat and give it a try. If HIIT (high intensity interval training) is more of your thing then they have you covered, Albert & Kim are also top notch personal trainers. If you're looking to get in shape and have some fun, come to this gym. You will always be greeted with a clean facility and a smile, you won't be disappointed.

Great place for all your fitness needs. Albert is a black belt in jiu jitsu,former collegiate wrestler and is very knowledgeable when it comes to strength and conditioning. He has taken the time to patiently explain everything from deadlift form to armbar technique to me. The gym environment is very welcoming and Albert and Kim have always been friendly and approachable. Check it out!

As a middle aged mother I grew more and more frustrated with Fitness Clubs where there was limited direction with the staff, unless you paid for a private session. After a painful hip injury I gave up, until I met Kim Lee who explained her H.I.T. Program. The H.I.T. Program at 1 on 1 is exactly that one on one instruction for the best results, Kim and Albert switch up every class, and monitor every participant to make sure you are working out properly, and safely. Thanks to the 1 on 1 program I'm stronger, more fit, my muscle tone has strengthened as well, one hour of H.I.T. is far more beneficial than spending hours at a Fitness Club with no result. HIT or high-intensity training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. I highly recommend the H.I.T. Program with Albert, and Kim Lee at 1 on 1 Training Center!
