It was great. I was there for quite some time and my stuff was always taken care of. Jen and the staff were very sweet and kind and now that I’m officially moved out it’ll be sad to say that I will miss this place. Thank you and have a great day.

I am really impressed with Jen at A1~
She was very informative and didn’t make me feel, rushed or pressured to make decisions. She showed me my different options and didn’t try to upsell for a bigger unit. She was extremely understanding of my situation and I felt comfortable, and that my situation would get better, knowing that my belongings were in a safe storage unit! The storage unit itself, and the facility are extremely immaculate! I would highly recommend friends to use A1! Thank you, Jen for giving me such a great experience!

I've been a customer here for 12 years. The place is always clean, there are always plenty of carts to haul stuff, and the staff is extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

Jenn went above and beyond for my dad & I. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each storage option and show us each unit. Jenn took extra time at a very stressful tim for our family in making sure our unit was set up correctly monthly and followed up with us. True customer service at its Best!

Madison helped us and we can't say enough about her. Outstanding service, helpful, informative, personable.... The property is clean, and secure. We feel very good about leaving our belongings there. We had looked at another place and just didn't feel good about it. We are so glad we went here!

Came in to this location for a 5x5 on the ground level, even though I wasn't able to rent here the help and information Jenn provided was above and beyond my expectations, friendly, professional and informative. Would recommend this location purely on my experience with this employee. The grounds where kept clean and location is right off to he highway.

Nice facility, clean and easy to use.
Be aware that you may not be able to get a refund on any “unused” storage time, unless you arrange to pay “prorated”, before you vacate the space.
