I've been through the store a few times and all of the staff are professional and have a deep level of understanding of the products they sell. No need to be intimidated, they are super friendly and happy to help everyone from amateurs like myself to the pros. Keep in mind this is not the Ferguson showroom in Irvine where you can see the high end fixtures on display, this is the supply shop where they've got all the components to get things working behind the scenes.”
