I’ve rented at this location for a long time for both business and leisure. This location has always been consistent with the vehicle I get and the service. Excellent experience renting from this location. The vehicle I rented was clean and presentable. The staff was helpful, accomodating and professional.

A disaster. This was a one day rental to visit a friend. I picked up my friend and took them to lunch When I parked the car (2nd time) the keys were stuck in the ignition. I spent over an hour stranded in the parking lot. I spoke with countless AVIS personnel At one time the call was routed to CanadaI insisted on an email copy of my conversation. I was assured I’d receive one. When I returned the car No one was aware of any difficulty and I have not received anything from AVIS other than the full bill

Im an avis preferred customer, so I prefer my cars to be what I paid for,At this avis, I love how I get one on one service, they always go above and beyond, and even if the car has some trouble, certainly people aren't the best drivers out there, no worries, Avis customer service at this location is A+++ love Avis!

This place is awesome!Jackie and Judy are the best! They are so nice and truly are true examples of great customer service! I made a mistake on my rental and Jackie made sure I was on the road and Judy made the experience even quicker. I thank them both and will be back!

Awful service! They did not accept my drivers license that was valid, did not provide a reason, did not tried to escalate the issue to someone else to solve it . Terrible experience! Will never rent avis again

Not at all thrilled with Jackie at this location. This is my 3rd Avis rental in 6 weeks that has had low tire pressure. She told me to go to the gas station instead of helping me and when I told her that I was paying thousands of dollars and am not leaving without air in my tires, she finally put air in them, but not without an attitude. I wasn’t asking for another vehicle. I was asking for air. Do not recommend.

Wow! Never coming back here. Extremely rude when I was trying to be helpful and not willing to help. I was charged double what was on my invoice because it was "an hour" late. But the reality was they called me the day before and said come in before noon even though my pickup was at noon since they take the last customer at 1145. I told them that was fine, ill come earlier so that they don't have to wait for me. Then, they call me for the drop off and say the same thing, I need to drop off before noon. I get there at 1145 and it says out for 15 min on the door. They finally open the door and say I am late and I was charged double my invoice amount. They said they can't help and I need to call the help line. I have 2 kids under 2 so calls are not easy to make. Very frustrating and I honestly thought I was helping. Then out by arriving early both times. Instead I get charged double ?

The employee at this location needs to improve her customer service. The first time I rented from them a few months back I experienced unprofessional service and just recently went to rent from them and because I made a same day reservation for a compact car that we’re going to charge me extra for a full size rental given they ran out of compact cars. I walked out given I won’t support a business with such terrible customer service.

Horrible experience. Never renting from here again. Really nice in the beginning, then charged us double what we were supposed to pay. Going to call their corporate office and my credit card company to dispute.

Horrible experience. Of course everyone is nice until I get the bill and it's over double what I was supposed to pay. The car had paint removed and dents and they tried to charge me. I had proof so it was fine, but then I just looked and they charged me an extra $8 for no reason as well what an epic fail for a one day rental. Never again! Going to call corporate and my credit card company. STAY AWAY if you don't want to be robbed of your money and time.

Rented a car from here and had such a great experience. The transaction was real quick, Judy was very thorough and went over my contract and anything I needed to be aware of. Jackie the manager was very knowledgeable and she was the one I turned my car in with. It was so easy. My family and I were very pleased with our 2022 and 7 seater car. I will definitely be using them again.

Worst car rental experience ever!Stay away from these people.I was forced to upgrade as Aya stated that there were no other cars. She then stated that I would have to pay for the upgrade! The initial upgrade cost was ~$350. When I protested she lowered it to $248. The original reservation cost was to be $181.95. ....the story goes on and on like a bad dream....In the end I called Corporate Avis and Costco Travel for resolution.My advice is to stay away from this Avis/Budget Dealer located at 33161 Camino Capistrano, San Juan Capistrano, California.
