The customer service and the professional atmosphere was the best.
Had a front lift on our Promaster which included Bilstein struts, Sumo coil springs along with the 1 1/2" lift kit. Baja HQ completed the installation in a timely - professional manner- could not be happier- if you want your work done right with great customer service this is the place

Disappointing experience. Had a simple service take from opening to almost closing (8AM until 4PM) not sure how an alignment took 6 hours but the unprofessional communication and expensive bill left a bad taste. Seems like this place is only good for those dropping $15K on their raptors that get garaged when it rains

These guys are pros. I’ve been doing vehicles with them for 5 years and they always have built some awesome cars. They stand by their work. If you ask nice they’ll start up the trophy truck for you ?

I walked into Baja HQ a month and a half ago looking for a new front bumper and a gas tank skid plate for my 2019 Tacoma. I am very new to the offroad world and am slowly transforming my truck into an overlanding vehicle for the fam. Keenan was super helpful and informative. He steered me around couple pitfalls and helped me build a plan for the future of my truck. We got the skid and bumper ordered through CBI, who had a 6-week lead time at the time of the order. 6 weeks later, I received a call from Keenan and they got me setup with an appointment the following Monday. I dropped off my truck, and it was ready for me the next day, including a winch and light bar installation also. Great experience with the team at Baja HQ. Andrew and Jai were super helpful as well. Definitely goin back for the next upgrade. Thanks Fellas!

I've had multiple vehicles worked on at BajaHQ and each one came out flawless. They're priced competitively and do great work. No reason to go anywhere else.

This is a first class operation with tons of experience and it shows. They take their time to answer any questions and give advice on what works and what does not. Communication is fantastic. Every person that I have met there has been friendly. Shout out Keenan and Jeremy for hitting a home run on phase two of my Raptor build. I am stoked!!
