I reviewed the Boost Mobile plans and stopped by the store in hopes of getting a plan started. I was then told that the store offers different plans. For example: Online: $15 - 5GB of data, unlimited talk and text. $25 unlimited talk, text, and data Store: $15 - 2 GB of data, unlimited talk and text. $25 - 5GB of data with unlimited talk and text. Why are plans worse at the store than online? This is especially since the ad in the window states that the $25 plan offers unlimited data, talk, & text. This is false advertising and wastes a customer's time.

Forgive me for this but I forgot the ladies name who helped me. I do remember her daughter's name. Alexa and her Mother were beyond the level of good customer care and service. It was 7:05 pm and I had lost my phone and in desperate need of a new one. Alexas mom was Efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She was able to show me numerous options within my budget and I felt terrible as 720pm was what the clock read and the store closes at 7pm. I am grateful for both the staff and the Service and I will be back at this store and only this store for as long as possible. Good luck to Alexa, a Junior at Trabuco Hills High School, in her up and coming school year. What a polite sweet young lady. I have a daughter same age and junior as well and it amazing how our children really are extensions of our morals and ethics and mannerisms. Great job mom!!!! and good luck mustangs!! Oh yeah and I already cracked my screen. 2nd day just got distracted and dink.... so see you soon.......lmfao

Be very careful to get a receipt for any and all transactions you do at this store in San Juan Capistrano, also look over your receipt to check for the accurate date, amount, etc. before you leave the store. I think this pretty well says it all.
