They should be ashamed to say that they are doctors and that they want to help people. It used to be a good place, until covid hit. Now, if you have covid symptoms (which can literally be anything), they don't want to see you. SHAME!!!! Better dedicate yourself to something else

One of the worst clinics i have ever had to deal with. One of the most incompetent and careless staff that i have ever seen. They do not care and they do not help. They only make you wait and add to your stress. I called and asked them to modify a referral they had sent wrong and it took them almost a month to fix it (after many calls and voicemails) and now i am sitting at the hospital waiting for my MRI and they just told me even the modification was wrong. If you care about your health avoid this place. They do not help and they only prolong your process.

This place is a joke. You can't even get a hold of anyone when you call, you'll sit on hold forever. Zero communication or follow up with the Dr. I had something prescribed to me without even hearing from the doctor or knowing what I was treating. Staff is ridiculously rude.

Not sure about dr Rodas but the staff is absolutely ridiculous. They never answer the phones and if you are lucky enough to have them answer, they your put on hold for as long as 52 minutes, they put you on hold and there you sit, they never come back. Big joke to them! I finally drove to the office to try to get a prescription called in, the girl at the front desk was rude and never once smiled..... 3 days of phone calls, trips to the office, and still NO prescription! I certainly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Been going here for years. Usually it takes a while to get an appt, but that doesn't really bother me as I usually don't have serious health problems. Last time I was here, I was told to go to Labcorp for a blood panel to test for an autoimmune disorder. 2 weeks after the blood test, I hadn't heard anything from the drs. I tried calling the offices numerous times for 2 days in a row, and I only got an automated message saying the offices were closed. This was a regular Wednesday and Thursday during the week (not a holiday) and google showed they were open. I decided to drive over to the office since I knew for a fact they weren't closed, and 1. Tell them the phones were down and 2. Try to get my blood results. The receptionist blatantly lied and said phones were working and she's been getting calls all day. I confirmed the number and called the office right in front of her. No phones rang and I got an automated message saying medical offices were closed... She then told me my provider hadn't looked at my lab results yet and she could schedule a phone interview for 2 weeks... that would mean that I wouldn't have any results from my blood test for 4 weeks after going to Labcorp. Seems like an excessive amount of time just to tell me I tested positive for autoimmune issues and they're referring me to a rheumatologist.

Rude and no help... Kaiser is going down hill fast. Avoid them if you can. Plus there billing is terrible they hide fees and you'll find out later.

appointments available a month out? I call the following month & they're all booked .. appointments again are a month out. This is suppose to be my primary care, the lady on the phone practically told me I can call my insurance and change my primary care. oh my gosh, never dealt with someone so careless.

Made an appointment to have my daughter to get immunization shots so she can meet the requirements of attending a public school. My daughter is 4. When I got here, I was told I should've been here 30mins early which they neglect to tell me when I made an appointment. Worse they tell me I needed an immunization record car which of course I don't have since my daughter never had a shot before. Now, I have to wait and make another appointment to see when I can get the immunization record card then I can get the shots my daughter needs. So frustrating. U asked the nurse here and she doesn't know where I can get the paperwork either.

While my initial phone experience was bad.. Camino actually has provided excellent service since I first walked through the door.I now highly recommend this place and the doctor I had really listened and helped me a lot.

Came in for a shot but ended up with a full comprehensive physical by Dr. T.Tran. Super sweet, easy to talk to and has extensive knowledge to share. He was kind enough to make sure I was well taken care of today as well as put in for referrals for dental and vision for my near future. Additionally, he is bilingual in Spanish and Vietnamese! Front desk staff and nurse practitioners were also super nice and welcoming. Overall a great experience coming to Camino Medical Health Care Center. Maybe I won't be so opposed to coming to the doctor when needed.
