Do I live on Mars?? How this software gets 5 star reviews is amazing to me. I get nothing but complaints from my employees. Even our HR department finds this payroll software a nuisance. I have a difficult time navigating to what I need. The new update you recently did requires a constant code being sent to my cell phone to be able to log in. Ridiculous. Sorry but, I really hate it. Paycom is much more end user friendly.

I've been using my CPA for my payroll for years. I own a retail shop with about 6 employees. I would get the report on Monday of the pay week, I then calculate the break taken for each employee, import the data to an excel spreadsheet to get the total for each employee. I would then email to my CPA(who did an excellent service, no complaint there). Once I get the paystubs, I would enter the amount to another excel spreadsheet that has to calculate the actual paycheck after various deduction/additions. It's quite a work. Jeff and his team will consolidate all that into a very streamline process that still gives me control. Thanks Jeff!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars and cannot express my gratitude for such an amazing payroll company that truly cares for its business owners and responsiveness! As a CPA who runs a Tax Resolution & Advisory firm in Irvine, our clients have used other payroll companies in the past and they needed a company that was more responsive (without the 1-800 numbers), reasonably fees, and for the value they provide.Jeff Hawley and his team at Coastal Payroll has truly delivered as we have been thoroughly impressed with them right from the start as they truly take the time to ensure that every step in the process and that our clients have also been more than sufficiently taken care of!Huge thank you to Coastal Payroll for really being there for us and it truly is such a joy working with you on many projects!
