I've only had positive experiences at this bank / branch. Grace has always been super helpful, and I've worked with the new branch manager, Jimi, for years and he's awesome.

Rude banking center manager - VP. I go there to cash paycheck and every time I feel unwanted. Their reviews are deserved. Go to Other banks where they appreciate you

This is a terrible bank to have as a trustee. They moved my account to multiple different managers. Communication was awful. They paid me incorrectly. When I went to change to another bank their attorney came after me with a vengeance. This trust was " for the benefit of" me and they acted as if it was for their benefit. Avoid this institution.

Ive had an account here for a few years. This is not my primary bank but I end up here once a month. I haven't had any problems as far as staff, depositing or withdrawing money. Ive always have been treated well by the manager. As far as my experience with banks ( Ive had accounts at about 10 different banks since the 70s) Comerica is average. I access my account online for most things that I do with it but once a month Im there to deposit or withdraw money. I saw all of the other reviews and this hasn't been my experience.

All lobbies are closed and I have to make an appointment and then wait 24 hours in order to enter the bank to complete a transaction that requires in-person banking when there's not a single customer inside, there rarely is... I've been looking for a good reason to fire you Comerica Bank and you have provided me with one on numerous occasions. Unfortunately for you due to covid-19 i have way to much time on my hands sothank you I'll be making that appointment to close my account

I withdrew a significant amount of money from their atm- walked in & asked for my $20 bills to be converted to larger bills. They would not help me even though I extracted money from their atm. I asked to speak with the manager to ask her to please make this happen- quick and fast NO. Customer service at its worst!

Agree with all other reviews. That manager is a creep. Plus, they are open such limited hours, Guess none of their customers have 9 to 5 jobs so that is the only time they can go to the bank. Plus, they ride the float longer than any bank I have ever seen.

Objectively not the best bank for a multitude of reasons. Specifically this branch is awful because of the branch manager. He's rude, inflexible, and it appears his staff fears him. With regards to the bank as a whole, I don't have a personal account with them but I do have my business accounts with them due to a loan they approved us for. For a bank that collects so much in interest, while they borrowing from the Fed at 0%, they nickel and dime you for everything on business accounts. What bugs us most are the monthly account fees - these are unheard of at any other bank when you maintain a large business loan and credit line with the bank. And the next most aggravating factor is how they constantly pester you to open a credit card account when you already have loans and a credit line with them. From an operational standpoint, they're far behind other banks. For example, they don't have cash counting machines at each station, so they count by hand and it is not uncommon for the teller to make a mistake. When depositing checks, they have a $10,000 deposit limit which is unheard of at other banks for business accounts; additionally, when depositing checks, they hand enter each check while you're at the bank and when you have a large deposit it's time consuming. Other banks do not charge a monthly fee for remote check deposits, in fact, at other banks this feature is free because it saves them money on labor. Not at Comerica, they charge a hefty fee for remote check deposit, on top of a "per check" fee. stay away; I dare say that Bank of America is better than these guys, and B of A sets a pretty low bar.

Warning! This is the worst bank ever. I would give this bank zero stars, if Google would let me. Absolute morons are working at this branch and their online banking does not work well, either. The only thing Comerica is good at is charging outrageous fees and beeing slower than sloths. I experienced processing fees of up to $100 and workers taking over 45 minutes to order a new debit card. (Comerica decided to switch vom Visa to Mastercard and deaktivated my card without sending me a new one.) You can access copies of check only for the last 6 months. Everything older, they will ship to you by snail mail and charge $8 for it. So I guess they ship the check copy with the Stagecoach, since it will take about two weeks to get here. - Comerica: LOWER the expectations a bank can be! - Stay away from Comerica and save your money, time and some headaches! - I'll close my account with them as soon as I can.

Likely the worst customer service I've ever experience from a bank. They push really hard for customers to sign up for their HELOC. Relieved that I did not considering all the promises made and broken by their management. Really just an awful banking experience.

Terrible! Not my bank, but my friends, bank. Nothing but trouble from day one. You have to go in this bank to get anything straightened out. Nothing is accomplished on the phone with customer service. Not everyone has time to drive to the bank every time they want to check their balance!
