Came to the store , it was a mess. Opened boxes everywhere and the floor was just a mess. As I was shopping around the manager Collin thought it was me which is ridiculous took a picture of me without my consent. This is very unprofessional of her to do , she should be more worried about cleaning her store instead of blaming people who are shopping here.

When I was here, the store was pretty much picked clean. It's as if they hadn't restocked it in a while. I popped in for some toothpaste and a beverage and read able to find those as expected. Where they lose stars: People sitting right outside the entrance smoking cigarettes made it impossible to enter or exit without smelling their smoke. The cashier didn't ask me if I wanted a bag for my items, he just assumed that I did. Before he rung up my order, as he was bagging my stuff, I made it clear that I didn't want a bag. Add I grab my items to leave, I check my receipt. He still charged me for a bag! It's only a dime, but it's something that I should NOT have been charged for. ASK EVERY TIME. DON'T ASSUME.

This location is ALWAYS a mess, and the shelves are empty and never have stock pulled up front of shelves a retail 101. This tells me this location is understaffed and has been for a while based on what it looks like walking into this store. I feel for the employees, they seem to be in catch-up mode since stock carts and boxes on aisles with no one doing the work. Worked retail, and its a clear sign that management doesn't have the labor or hour to give them

I just went into the dollar tree in San Juan Capistrano to return 5 items it was 4 bottles of paint and these square tiles and they told me we don’t do returns or give money back and I had my receipt and then she asked me are you gonna buy something since you’re in the store,I told the lady no and said so you guys don’t do returns or give money back but you want me to buy something since I’m in the store and she told me yes that is the worst store and there is a pregnant woman setting in the chair in the back just laughing at me so dumb and 4 other people walked out cause she told me they do returns

So many petty reviews. I watch Rich people pull up in their Maseratis and treat the employees like crap. I actually appreciate this store. I come for 1$ energy drinks. The staff is very hard working and very friendly. Give them a break'

The store is pathetic! They need somebody to come in and organize it. Management needs to clean it up.they have so much schlocky stuff that's been completely picked over. I was in the neighborhood looking for Saladworks and came in here to get some Valentines presents. Very disappointing!

i keep trying to give this store a chance because it's in my hometown, but today was the last day to try. the store was packed and as i walked by employees area, I heard laughing joking, conversation. Not a bad thing, but when i got to the checkout, i counted 18 in Line, one young man who looked very disheartened and barely spoke up when he said, help the next person in line. there were also people in line who wanted balloons which made the wait worse. there was another woman who said, I ordered24 balloons and the lady told me they would be ready. she compromised with 12, and 4 were done so we all waited even longer. when someone asked if he should call for help, the young man said, the managers in the back and unavailable. They blame it on no one wanting a job so they are strapped. well, if you saw the store and lack of support, you wouldn't want to work there either. I'm so tired of Covid being the reason we are all in this boat. Believe me it was rough. they also said, Management is cutting back and making the existing employees work the job of 4 people. i really wish someone would care....

We always come to this store with my wife. It’s organized and we always find things to buy. I highly recommend this store.

The older gentleman wearing the management shirt is the rudest person I’ve met. If this place goes out of business because of this guy, it wouldn’t be a surprise. Standing in line with him yelling “DOLLAR TREE BUSINESS” while looking at his phone instead of helping any customers. ??

Yeah don't waste your time. Store is a mess. Drove here for gardening stuff and the area for gardening is so small that if you blink you'll miss it. They didn't even have what I needed. The staff is really friendly hence the 2 Stars

Stocked and clean. Clerk help me to car because they have all new carts. Can't pushed out door. Very nice polite young man!
