Staff is excellent if you’re small business owner or just a client looking for a better experience in your banking. I recently had a close friend pass away who left me in charge of his estate. I had been to several banks trying to establish a Trust Account in order to deal with the estate. No one could help me. I was recommended to try Enterprise Bank and Trust. Their service and responsiveness has been impressive. They immediately and without hesitation began the process to open the Trust account. I was assisted by Marie who has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Marie has been very responsive to my inquiries and questions. Even more impressive is when I returned to the bank a week later and before I finished walking in the door, I was greeted by my first name. Their security measures are impressive as well. Every step of the way in conducting business with them uses several layers of verification before transactions are allowed. Highly recommended institution.
