Owner and head coach is on the CF Seminar staff, so he's incredibly skilled at coaching beginner and advanced athletes alike. Even after more than a decade of CrossFit, I'm still improving movements and gaining skills. Come as you are and give it a try - though we have some absolute beast athletes, we have a lot of normal people just getting better at life and everyone is welcome!”

“Great place and very well kept facilities. They have a grass field enclosed with hockey walls. Super excited to go play foot soccer on a smaller field or box lacrosse. Also if you ever wanted to rent it out for 3V3 football tournament. That would be awesome as well.”
