The service department needs a lesson in Customer Service. They need to be more mindful about communication and missing deadlines. When pressed for a response, they use the unacceptable answer, "We didn't get to it because we are busy." Moreover, they need a better process for paperwork and billing. Yikes.

I’ve used Hot Springs Spas for 15 + years. The Spas are excellent and I’ve had nothing but positive interaction. I bought my second spa this year, a higher end model, it performs excellently. After our purchase and referring friends that also purchased it became apparent customer service was not priority at this location or manufacturer. Would suggest doing your due diligence and finding another brand and location of a more quality product especially at the exorbitant price.
