My son's Prius basically exploded, it just was towed away with Cash for Cars a few minutes ago. He needed a reliable car, under 100k miles, 2016 or newer and under $15k. Not an easy feat these days. I was adamant on using a big dealer, i hate these little dinky dealers most of them are janky. I was using the app, car gurus, and this sweet little Mazda three sport popped up so I inquired. 15 minutes after my inquiry I received a call from Riley and he asked if I was wanting to come in to test drive the car. So my son and I headed straight down to San Juan Capistrano from Irvine.Come to find out the car was exactly what we were looking for, plus it had an exhaust and some modifications to it. To be honest with you, they could definitely have sold it for more money. The buying experience was wonderful. We did all the paperwork over about a two hour period in the office and got the loan done. It's a family, business, husband, wife, and son Riley. We had a great time chatting it up. We all had the same values and it was a pleasure working with them. I would highly recommend this family business to anyone and will definitely using them again.

FANTASTIC and FIVE STAR SALES AND SERVICE! Thank you to Majano Enterprise LLC for our new Mercedes C-Class. We looked for several days and found a perfect car online at Majano. After one quick call , we visited their office. Clean, friendly, efficient. The car was clean, engine inspected, and we were treated professionally and like family at the same time. If you need a new "used" car, we strongly suggest looking at their website and calling to see if they have what are you looking for and at the right price. I started looking for a truck about 3 months ago for my son who just turned 16. I had contacted multiple Private Parties and Dealerships about the vehicles they had listed online. I felt I couldn't trust the P.P.s as their vehicles were located in questionable locations and the Dealerships were pushy and way too needy. Truth be known, I had time before I needed to buy so I wasn't in a hurry unless the right vehicle came along at a fair price and I felt I could trust whoever I was purchasing from. I could afford to wait in other words. I reached out to Majano Enterprises and got a very quick response. They made arrangements over the weekend to show me the vehicle where most small Dealerships were closed and unresponsive. I didn't purchase immediately as I was doing my due diligence and Jennifer followed up with me after learning that I was looking at other trucks. I wasn't liking what I was being shown by other Dealers when she followed up again and I had made a request on what I was willing to pay. Her husband and I came to an agreement about the final price, I brought my son to see the truck, we test drove it and he really liked it and we agreed to purchase. I spent probably not more than 15 minutes in their office signing paperwork, handed Eddie a check, he handed us the keys and I drove the truck home. We've gotten tons of compliments on how nice the vehicle is for its age and it runs perfect. As a dad, the feeling of riding along with your teenage son in his first car and knowing he's in a safe reliable vehicle is just so rewarding and gives peace of mind. I highly recommend Majano Enterprises (Jennifer and Eddie the owners) who just made it such an easy and comfortable car buying experience. You can certainly feel comfortable reaching out to them, as they are a small family owned dealership with a personal, caring and appreciative demeanor. Their business is in a safe secure location with no reason to feel apprehensive meeting with them if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Among the best car buying experiences I have had.. i was buying from out of state so was concerned about not being able to see the car in person. The owner couldn't have done more to answer all my question, took detailed photos, promptly followed up, overnighted paperwork to be here before car arrived, and suggested helpful transport options. Car arrived today in perfect condition, and thanks to his going the extra mile to get paperwork here, I got the car registered, insured and inspected same day andam driving it!through with all the
