I'm pretty tech savvy but this issue was more than I could deal with. I walked right in without an appointment and he took care of me right away. I had screen issues and also what ended being a internal component issue also, which was the root cause of all my problems with the cell phone. He figured out the problem. The owner/operator went far above to figure out the issue. Way more than other places I've been to. He was quick, knowledgeable and very transparent.
