Unpleasant experience at Paradise Automotive Group. Their communication over text lacked reasonableness and, surprisingly, they wouldn't permit a test drive without pre-agreeing to a number for financing. Their sales team, especially Sebastian, could benefit from improved customer service training. I won't be considering them for any future purchases or even investing any more time. Strongly suggest potential buyers to explore other options.

I have called this dealership and their manager Jimmy more than 20 times in the past almost 3 month regarding where is my title, registration and tags for my car that I paid cash on July 6...as of today September 26, I still have not receive anything and their person in charge of titles Ms Allison also gives me the run around telling me one thing and doing something else. I am really hoping to resolve this problem as I hope this is not auto fraud - if it is and I will know within one week, I will get a lawyer - I did spend almost $70,000 cash to buy this car. Very upsetting that a dealership would treat their clients like this- I am just glad i have enough money to get a lawyer if needed.

I’ve used Paradise for several years. Initially, they were attentive to details and fairly priced. However, the last few visits have been unimpressive. In one instance, a large piece was not secured to the bottom of my car and fell off on the highway. In another, I had a car in for service only to have the rear brakes go out the next week when I was a long way from home. While the work has gone downhill, the cost of service has gone the other direction, which is a bad combination. I won’t be returning.

From the moment I called and spoke to Jimmy. The friendly and professional family orientated atmosphere manifested itself. Sebastian my sales person was very knowledge and eager to assist with the vehicles I selected. Due to holiday of course I had to wait for NAVY Federal to reopen to give me the check. However, with the delays regarding finance Julie knocked it out of the park with awesome customer service. If I had any doubt or reason to leave the deal. She saved me with her impeccable knowledge and calming interactions.

I drove here all the way from Palm Springs to check out a beautiful Nissan GT-R. Sebastian, Julie and Niko were very friendly the moment I stepped into the show room. They really took their time to explain financing options with me and helped get the perfect terms I was hoping for. They are very transparent and explained the sales contract unlike most other dealerships. I highly recommend coming here if you want quality service and a top notch vehicle.

STEER CLEAR of this company! Scheduled an appointment on a Thursday 9am for an oil change on my vehicle that I was planning to take on a road trip the following week. The had me wait in the lobby for 2 hours, with no update. 2 hours! Finally I went to gentleman at service desk to see how much longer would be. He said they were waiting for some part they needed to actually do the oil change to arrive! Not a problem though, these things happen I thought. At this point he offered me to reschedule the oil change for following day morning apt same time OK so I took it. The next day I brought my vehicle back in for the oil change. I was in and out within an hour …… BECAUSE THEY “FORGOT” TO REFILL MY CARS OIL! I was told “The technician on duty was pulled off his bay where he was working on my car because it was a busy day, and when he returned he must’ve just forgot to finish the refill. My car takes 7.O ltrs of engine oil (per google). They drained the oil. Just didn’t replace. But sent me on my way smiling & waiving goodbye. Driving out of the shop my check engine oil light came on. Like an idiot I thought to myself that can’t possibly be … after all they just changed it. Banking more on my trust in their expertise than my own gut I foolishly ignored the dashboard light and drove home (16 miles). My car is toast now. Worst part is: these scumbags claimed the incident never happened after they paid for a rental car for me for a week to replace my vehicle while it was in their shop following the bad oil change as we sorted this all out. Never happened!? Then why provide me with a rental car for a week? Why did the service manager provide such elaborate details of the reason (excuse) why the technician failed to finish the oil change job if this never happened, huh? RUN ….. FAST AS YOU CAN or rather drive away from these guys. They’re crooks!

I traveled down with my three young children from Northern Nevada. My car kept overheating after another mechanical shop (Aamco) told me to just go buy a new car. I was able to get it towed to Paradise Automotive. Thank God for them. They replaced a thermostat and a sensor And got me and my children home safely. Not only did they do an excellent job and give me a discount they went out of their way to help me return my rental car.

Knowledgeable staff and fixed my car correctly.I dock 1 star because I tried to get a quote for work over the phone and they resisted telling me. I already knew what work needed to be done. I bring the car in and got the quote a couple hours later. Of course my car was already there and I'm not going to say no because my car is already there. Should have seen that coming. They charged 3 hrs of labor. It was almost $200 per hour. Basically dealer cost. And the hours were way too much. I disassembled everything in about 30 minutes at home except the last bolt. I'm sure a knowledgeable mechanics gets it all done in an hour, 2 hours tops.You will get quality work, but you'll pay about the same labor cost as a dealer.

Grateful to come back to paradise, Niko was amazing, really helpful, honest and patient person, really happy with his assistance, also their finance department Julie was absolutely great , making everything super easy !!!! My wife happily is driving a MASERATI LEVANTE and I we were thrill with their attention, thank you guys!!♥️

Very nice employees! VERY!The guy that originally greeted us gave us cold bottles of water, which was very nice! The manager was extremely nice and said he'd keep an eye out for what we wanted. So... fingers crossed! ??Very clean store, great employees, beautiful cars! We'll be back! ??? Thanks guys!

I have been dealing with this place for a few years now they are all amazing from the owner John to Jimmy to Josh. They are very fair. They work hard whether you are buying or selling a car. I would never dream of going anywhere else. Thank you for everything you have done for me and my family. Keep up the good work.

Have taken multiple vehicles to Paradise for several years and repairs are always exceptional. Fair costs and super timely. Further, just bought my first vehicle for my daughter there and the proceeds could not have been smoother. No back and forth haggling. Super fair on price for new vehicle and trade-in. Our sales rep Jimmy was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. Will most definitely look here first next time I'm in market for a new car.

I will say the only reason this dealership is EVEN getting a single star is due to the floor staff being welcoming, friendly and helpful. ~The management....A very different story!My Experience: I was told when I called about one of their cars, that, YES, we do match CarMax offers. I found out later that it is a "case-by-case" basis.... in other words, NOT if it benefits the buyer/customer. They came NO WHERE NEAR matching my CarMax offer. Also, beware of the "Advertised" pricing. Those advertised prices are BEFORE the big ticket, NON-NEGOTIABLE, no removeable extras!! In my case: The car I was interested in was advertised for $15,900. After all the high ticket additional items, the car was suddenly selling for "well into the $18,000 range" over $2,000 in NO CHOISE extras! Run from this nightmare of an independent dealership..... such a shame, because there honest independents out there, just not this one!!
