After 3 years and multiple pet salons.. I have finally found my beloved dog a place!!
From start to finish everything was flawless!! The groomer, who I don’t want to mention because then they will get filled up, I just knew what they knew what to do. It truly was the absolute BEST EXPERIENCE! I was able to get skeeter in within the week. I’m beyond grateful that it was affordable. I was so tired of paying so much money for his groom to be “off”. Finally. I can’t wait for skeeter to return in 6 weeks!
Parking can be a mess because of Costco so time yourself accordingly… and Petsmart, as a whole, was a great experience. Thank you so much for the opportunity to share this experience with google reviews.

I am very disappointed. They do not do a good job of explaining services. They insisted I shave my dog. She had a little matting. They did not offer to comb and told me to cancel my appointment take her home and comb her out myself. I asked if they could leave her mane a little longer like an inch and then it would be easier to comb out. She refused to do that. My Pomeranian looks silly. I received no compensation they said they can't bathe a dog if it has matting. The groomer did not tell me that and then claimed the groomer was pretty experienced but they would retain her. She did not tell me that was their policy. The damage is done . I'll never go back. This is terrible customer service from the Shanna (The Salon Leader).

Extremely rude staff. Groomers have no idea what they are doing. Do yourself a favor, don't bring your pup here.

Highest marks for the veterinary staff! Not only did they accommodate me on short notice for an acute and somewhat urgent concern; everyone who helped me was attentive, knowledgeable and communicative every step of the way. Furthermore, they seamlessly adjusted their approach and protocols to help my timid dog feel safe and comfortable. You can bring your pets here confident that each and every staff member will provide you and your beloved pets with proper care from skilled and well- trained professionals who truly love animals and have your pet's best interest in mind!

Check your receipts! I was unknowingly charged a $10 "charitable donation." If you would have asked, I probably would've given, but it's not cool to charge me without asking me.
