We actually just got our 3rd unit here. To be honest I initially was looking for some other locations that didn’t require me to check in every time I wanted to go to my unit BUT the staff has completely made it worth the trouble. Everyone is absolutely wonderful but Brandy is a stand out. I had a minor surgery a few weeks ago and she remembers. Brandy is always an huge welcome smile and truly goes above and beyond. After a while you feel like you are visiting friends when you go to grab your keys. Give them a try and be patient with the corporate rules. The staff will make it worth it!!

Update on review: I recently had to close out my storage unit at Pouch and once again, they were very helpful and efficient. Compared to other storage places we've tried, Pouch has been the best.
Thank you to Gilbert at Pouch! Super helpful & easy to work with. Don as well- I highly recommend!!

Gilbert was super helpful and nice! Wasn’t pushy and encouraged us to get the right unit for us without over spending. He even encouraged us to check out his competitors to see if they had had a better space for our neeeds. We looked somewhere else but Pouch was a lot cleaner and nicer in general.

Friendly service by Gilbert however the paperwork process of renting a space is like nothing I’ve experienced. Gilbert joked that people often comment “I’m not buying a house” which is very understandable. We were happy that they offer ground floor with fair pricing, but concerned to find a homeless person camping inside the unit when we arrived. Couple that with the fact that we can’t use our own code lock, and we have to use a keyed lock with the key held by the staff. We also appreciated the use of a free moving truck. Overall a different experience but not a bad one.

The team members at the San Juan Capistrano Self Storage (Don & Gilbert) did an amazing job helping me transfer ownership from my mom (who passed in five months ago) to me. They gave very clear guidance, and were extremely professional, empathetic, and customer focused. It’s a pleasure working with them.
