Insurance paid, auto body shop scheduled pick up. I did have to communicate with the office, and she was super friendly and accommodating. The driver was on time and very efficient. No complaints.

Good customer service, very nice tow driver, and fair price. Helped us when we needed a tow and got to us within 30 min of requesting.
