Would give a zero star if possible. Guy at the front was incredible rude and was so unhelpful. Had to pay $1200 to get a car out and the guy kept sending us back saying we didn’t have the right form. I would NEVER use them.

In reality would be a Negative 20, very rude white male wouldn't give me his name got him recorded cussing at me insulting me, threatening me multiple times saying he didn't have to be nice to "you people" this is what the world has turn to. Needless to say will never use would rather walk a thousand miles than call them for help

This is the worst of the worst. The man that runs the front. Is so rude. So unhelpful. And does NOT tell the truth. The company is just a racket with the police department. They are just completely thieves. Beware. Do not use them if all possible.

This place is the worst 3 days and my friend has to pay 800$. To get out a vehicle. He's stranded out there with no money and no way to get hime. And this jerk won't even let him get his car out even with a paper id. Messed up. Horrible.

Horrible service, they judged me for my appearance because in the photo I didn't look like "they judged me and my boyfriend for my sexuality, they treated us extremely badly, they didn't even give me the opportunity to show my paperwork and they told my boyfriend that they didn't know what I looked like." I ! I should sue them for denigration of my person and sexuality!!

Insurance paid, auto body shop scheduled pick up. I did have to communicate with the office, and she was super friendly and accommodating. The driver was on time and very efficient. No complaints.

I worked here over 2 years company does not pay sold over 300 battery its was bought to attention of owner made exuses not pay me worst company ever work for plus manger aaron allow mechanic drink while fix triple aaa truck and tow truck

They are the worst!! Do not use their service! They add a bunch of extra fees for undisclosed reasons. I’ve never been to a tow company that treats their customers so disrespectfully and terribly. All I needed was a jumpstart to get out of the lot.. any decent human being would have done that considering all materials to do so are at hand. But he wanted extra money bc we had to pay for his “time” every 30 mins but would deliberately take longer so we’d have to pay more. Why do I have to pay when supposedly it’s 24hrs…on top of that as he was leaving and he cut me off.

Today, I experienced an unsettling issue with my car's tire pressure, which was indicated by a warning sign on my dashboard. As a loyal AAA member for over 15 years, my immediate response was to call for assistance. Over the years, I've consistently had commendable experiences with AAA's services, which makes today's situation particularly disheartening and noteworthy.Upon reporting my issue, AAA delegated my case to Preferred Towing. Regrettably, the technician dispatched from this company was not up to the standard I've come to expect. He was curt and dismissive, asserting that there was no visible issue with the tire. Alarmingly, he did not undertake a thorough inspection of all four tires or check for any punctures that could be causing the low pressure. Instead, he arbitrarily chose a tire to inflate, neglecting to measure its air pressure. Later, I was dismayed to discover that he had inflated this tire to a dangerous 58 psi, while the other three tires remained at a standard 30 psi. This negligence could have put my safety, and the safety of others, at serious risk.I'm sharing this experience both as feedback to AAA and as a cautionary note to others in the community. It's crucial to remain informed and vigilant about the services we rely upon.

They linked up to my vehicle saying they were with my insurance company and when we got to the house he made me pay 320$ after calling the sheriffs for me not wanting to pay because he lied. Then said my vehicle was obstructing the road. I got extorted 320$ to have my car towed .2 miles back to my house. A guy side swiped me and I didn’t want to damage my vehicles but the guy that towed my vehicle linked up to the tow rods on my suspension and damaged my car further almost making it not drivable. But it still is drivable. Don’t get extorted by these people. They are criminals.
