I’m going to one-star this place as it is not patient-facing: you can’t usually have tests that your doctor requested done here. You get them done at a satellite Quest lab, and they transport them here for testing. Nope, Quest does not do 24/7 lab tests for you.

I use to work at this facility and let me tell you it is a crappy place to work. The road is full of perils and crazy drivers trying to kill you. On top of that this location is really in nowhere land. This is one of the biggest facilities around in California. Most tests are done here and they do take their sweet time. It's very hard for you to find someone willing to help you. Only if you have an inside connection can you find the right help. I have seen tests done and how they are done. There is a lot of sketchy behavior and I can tell you that not all assays work. You really don't have much of a choice where the test will be tested since it's one of the biggest lab diagnostics company. Like I said before, I am sure that all diagnostic labs have their own shadiness and issues that you cannot avoid. sigh!
